The people that work at this AutoZone have always been top-notch and friendly, today was no exception.
Logan, I felt went above and beyond trying to get me the brake pads that I needed, even though they didn't have them in stock at the store.
His pleasant attitude, and demeanor really went a long way, and I'm grateful for his help.
Your donelson Pike location could really learn a few lessons from him.

My car (2017) had the original battery. It hesitated to start the night before so I wanted it changed before it gave me problems at a bad time. I didn’t even care to test it but the employee, who seemed annoyed, insisted we test first. It tested “good”. My dad and I have both had batteries test “good” and die later. He then basically refused to sell me a battery because it tested “good”.
He then also said they wouldn't be able to put it in anyways due to my battery having stuff around it they’d have to remove to get to the battery, which it’s policy they aren’t allowed to do. Reality is I think he just didn’t want to do it.
I went to Advanced Auto Parts, who told me Autozone says that all the time, and they gladly sold me a battery, as well as put it in. What Autozone said they couldn’t remove added no extra time and was just 3 push pins.

In my case, I only needed someone to 'pull a code' having been greeted by the dreaded, illuminated silohuette of an engine from the dash. Early afternoon on a Sunday. 'Lucked up; not busy at all. They were able to grab the scanner and address my situation almost immediately. The tech was knowledgeable, helpful and somewhat reassuring. Aside, she was profoundly kind.The cost of the new/needed/prescribed part prohibited me from purchasing at the time, but I walked away knowing what I must do rather sooner than later thanks to the proficient and pragmatic/objective - and again very kind representative. I was in and out within mere moments - so I feel that their speed of service is another mention entirely that I should highlight at this time.
