My wife (property mgr) asked me to help start the car for one of her "Senior Citizens". We got the car jumped off and i recommended Autozone to replace the battery (Bellevue, TN). It was extremely cold and she had one of the batteries that is very difficult to remove. They got her a seat inside to stay warm and and Evan went beyond the norm and took care of the battery. Thanks Evan!

Been having a problem getting them to take my old oil. They keep saying that there tank is full. This has been going on for months.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this store and the employees. I went in for new windshield wipers and the staff were so helpful with helping me select the products I wanted and then installing the new wiper blades for me. Excellent customer service!

HUNTER was so much help. I needed a new battery and he installed it for me despite it being a difficult job to get the old one out. He was very polite and knowledgeable. His parents should be proud of this young man. Not to mention, his mullet is LEGENDARY.

I was having trouble with a stripped oil pan plug from a previously bad oil change and the guys at this auto zone (Ty in particular) helped me for almost 2 hours with his own tools helping my remove the screwed up plug AND helped change my oil!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Seriously go see them if you need car stuff.

I have used this Autozone twice. And both times, these guys were amazing. They know what they are doing! fast and efficient putting in a new battery and the other time helping me install new wiper blades. Thank you!
