Jimmy d - does not help black people. I was in the store, he was free to help but just ignored me. A Hispanic walked in and he was helped right away. I spend a lot of money here and shouldn’t receive this kind of service

This place sucks took my money for a return with receipt and product they had a system failure and wiped away the warranty and told me get out and call corporate, and for that reason, I will never spend another dime with them.#AutoCrooks

Great customer service!
Also, the manager Mr.Ashante was extremely helpful and educated me on a connection issue with my lights that I wasn't aware of.

Very bad, I went to three stores and none of them knew what the piece was called, they don't have the knowledge or the will to help, plus they are all too slow, very bad service.
I went to Orealy and they found it immediately and gave me a tool to remove the piece.

No one answers the phone. There is always a line to the door. And only one MAYBE 2 people working at a time. There needs to be a self checkout or something. I should not be in line for 30 minutes when I know what I need. This place is a joke.
