These people are crooks. They do not care about customers or customer service.. I spent hundreds of dollars on their online system for parts I needed and even made sure they were in stock by calling the store and asking buy part number as I was making my order. Put my order in because I was actively working on two different vehicles. Continued to work. After three hours, they canceled my order.. They also kept my money and the refund they said would take 5 to 7 business days.. I asked them to please just fill the order or what they had in stock of the order because their excuse was one item which they would not let me know which one was out of stock. Now I am out the money down to vehicles and hopefully can locally source the parts somewhere else.. I will actively tell anyone and everyone who will listen not to shop at AutoZone. Thank you.

Just wanted to say I really am I appreciative of kind people. I stopped in because my check engine light was on for a few days. Tre K. was so very helpful to me. He ran the testing for me so I knew what was possibly going on with my car. He printed the sheet off for me and just had a such a really great attitude. He even complemented my vehicle on the great smell. 10/10 would return to this location specifically for Tre K. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I needed a headlight replaced and a generous worker by the name of Jay helped me out big time. His actions were selfless because he was by no means required to help me with this task. I was told by an employee that AutoZone doesn't do light replacements and yet Jay emerged from the back room bravely shouting, "I can help!". To make the story even more heroic, it was a cold and rainy day, and yet Jay stood out there with me for nearly 20 minutes working to get my car fixed. Incredible worker and AutoZone legend. I'm only 80% sure his name was Jay but if he sees this he'll know.

The heavy set young girl sat leaning over the counter and refused my exchange for a windshield wiper blade because I didn't have the receipt. I went right down the street and they were able to look up my account. Maybe offer to help people instead of flat out refusing. Treating me like I'm interrupting you. You work at the store you should know your policies and offer to assist. It would've only taken you a minute to show some customer service.

Tonya should be terminated.
I returned a sealed package ring terminals. A less than $4 item. The red shirt helping me had to get the managers password so he called Tonya over. She then asked if he counted them… He said no, it’s sealed, and she said “well you’re supposed to count them” and gave me a dirty look. I felt as if she was accusing me of attempting to rip the store off for a couple ring terminals.
The worse part is that it is all for nothing. She is alienating AutoZones customers and micromanaging her staff for no benefit to AutoZone. Even if there were a couple ring terminals missing it is still store policy to return it, it would just be a damaged return instead of undamaged and it would get a ‘Send to DC’ sticker and go in the cage in the back.
She is making up her own illogical policies, alienating customers, as well as micromanaging and mismanaging her employees. Truly a horrible representation of AutoZone. I have not been back and will continue to shop at competitors until she is gone.

The staff are very knowledgeable in the products they sell also they pointed out the savings in which you could get on what you were there to buy very friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere

Tonight I was in AutoZone at 8:50 p.m. I do realize they close at 9:00 p.m. and I was just coming in for coolant and oil. I had a simple question really fast. I was told by Ronnie, look he was just trying to clean the counters and get out of here, and so I helped myself to what I needed.Then I was rushed to check out which I did and then I was pushed out the door. I'm sorry that I bothered the workers at AutoZone next time I won't come back here I'll go to another Auto parts store. Thank your employee Ronnie for losing this customer.

This place is amazing!!! I went in right as they open and the gentleman working his name was Jack opened up the door for me and immediately was asking me if I needed any help. No one seemed in a bad mood and they didn’t mind helping.He was able to find the headlights that I was looking for and the battery that I was looking for even gave me some great information on both.Wasn’t even expecting him to offer to install my battery for me, but he offered. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!
