I wanted to shoutout Travis, who was working when I was there yesterday. I had a pretty bizarre mixup and had gotten the totally wrong part, and Travis cleared it up and got me out of there back on with my day in no time.

Sales associate was hesitant to agree to the installation of a headlight bulb, but "gave it a go". He was having trouble so he asked a colleague for assistance who offered..."just pop it in". That colleague finally came over, quicky appeared to compare the clip assemblies on left and right sides (which were blocked from sight) and said..."wire clip is broken...can't be installed" and left after expending less than a minute of effort.
Disheartening to see lack of cooperation among staff. Internet revealed that the wire clip was not broken. They made the sale, but blew off the repair (which their internet website says they do). Further, they potentially created additional problems for me by reporting that a part was broken that, in fact, was not.
Their lack of ability is understandable, their readiness to bow off a customer with such deception...not so much.
Not a positive experience at all!

This is the best AutoZone in the area. They are the fastest, most helpful and most professional that I've encountered in Nashville. Em H. is an absolute rockstar. She diagnosed our problem almost immediately, had us another battery (under warranty) right away and we were off before I could say "low voltage." I absolutely would recommend this store and will be back.
