I’m juts a chill guy trying to get some oil and the manager went off on me.
I went into the store and I grabbed 4 quarts of oil, the price listed was $5.89, I went to the self check out, and it rang up $6.89, that’s $1.00 difference, I told a worker and he checked and said I was correct, he then told me to go to a cashier and they would fix it, he even told the cashier and the cashier said he would fix it.
I stood in line for 10 minutes, the gentlemen in the picture had a bad attitude, he was arguing with a customer on the phone screaming at him and so on, so he calls me up, and I approach him and tell him the price is wrong. He gets mad and says there’s nothing he can do, that he doesn’t make the prices his manager does. That either I buy it or leave it…..
So I tell him “ Thank you, I’ll go somewhere else “ and he gets mad starts screaming that I need to at least put up my oil if I’m not going to buy it, and blah blah blaaah.
As a frequent customer this is uncalled for, especially a day before Christmas! Wow!? I was the bigger person and walked away.
very unprofessional and ruined my day.

I had an interaction with one of your employees his name is Kyris I was inquiring about some parts I needed for a vehicle he was very helpful and guided me to correct place because I was at the wrong side of the building. Thanks young sir you were extremely helpful.

I sent my daughter to get an alternator tested and purchase a new one. She called the store to ask if they could test before driving to hour and a half up there. When they got there she found that she had been lied to their alternator tester had been down for weeks. They couldn't find the part and when they did they refused to put in the warranty information because it was near closing time.
Apparently this crew needs to tell the bosses in Memphis that they have decided AutoZone has enough money and don't need any more sales

Nolensville pique aoutzone shopping and I returned the product I was given because it was broken, but they did not deposit my money into my account. And when I came to the store to ask why the money was not deposited, they received a very bad welcome and did not help in any way, they officially stole my money.
