I brought my car here for a radiator/condenser and bumper/grille repair. While they did a great job with the repairs, I came and picked my car up to find that the inside was completely picked apart! They went through all my personal stuff, all the things in my seat pockets were thrown around my back seat area, they went through my middle console and I noticed my $100 cologne was missing. There were dirty paw print marks scattered around the car as if there was a dog walking through the inside my car. As I was paying for the repairs in the shop, I asked the owner did they put any coolant in my car which he replied "yes". I went to get my oil changed two weeks only to find that was a lie and there was no coolant in the car whatsoever. Luckily my car didn't run hot and no damage was done.

Giving a 1 star since thats the lowest it allows me to give. But first off, sent our vehicle here to get front end repair done as well as a radiator replaced. Got a call saying its done so go pick it up to only find that the car had absolutely no coolant in it, which resulted in the car breaking down on me within 10 minutes. When I called I was told it could be the battery so I looked myself and found a hole in the coolant hose in which I even went and got coolant to put in the vehicle only for it to come right back out. I Personally feel like that shouldve gotten noticed before being told the vehicle was ready. So I get it towed back there and they finally find the hole even though I told them about it as well as a crack in the radiator. So they “replace” it but my insurance adjuster said they told him only 1 radiator was placed in the car so that was a bit confusing. And after nobody letting me know a single thing or answering my phone calls for updates I got it moved to an actual dealership and they found out that due to the coolant issue and the bad radiator/hoses being installed the car needed an entire new engine. Also since nobody knew how to answer a phone I went down there only to find the new front bumper laying nose down on the concrete but yet their tools had a box under them. So the new bumper would’ve definitely had some scratches after that too. Long story short, before you bring your car here do some more research. Nobody will call you and update you on anything or half the time answer the phone. We saw all the good reviews and expected something good and we got the total opposite and had to go buy another car since we couldnt get another rental due to the shop saying the car was ready. Wasted almost 2 months of our time just to end up having the vehicle deemed a total loss cause of this shop not checking any of their parts.

Absolutely terrible. Drove hours to see a car i was told ran good with no issues and the car falls apart on the test drive.. literally..?

Auto Pros are great! We brought our Subaru here after an accident for body work. They got it done quickly and for a very reasonable price. They worked with the other person's insurance to get paid, so it was very simple and convenient.I highly recommend them!

They were the only body shop that could tow my car in after I called 15 places. They not only got me in but had my car fixed in less than a month. They were very communicative with me and my car looks amazing! I would definitely recommend them.

The guys here are amazing. They are all about taking care of the customer. They repaired my wife's Lincoln Town Car after a collision and I can't be any happier with their work. I would recommend these guys far and above large chain body shops. Small businesses with great people deserve our patronage. Highly recommend these good folks for paint and body work.
