SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE at this AT&T store yesterday!!! Went in desperately needing a new phone and Jeremy walked me through every step of the process. From choosing the right iPhone for me, to getting it set up and everything transferred over before leaving the store. (Note: I did do my hw and backup my phone before walking in. This point is essential & I know not everyone does it.) Other person I interacted with who worked there was very kind as well. Thank you AT&T for a really great experience!! Definitely 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Iyohnna made our experience very easy, she made sure we got any and all deals and was incredibly patient and kind! Without her there I would have left and figured out another option. However she made the process very simple and fun. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!!!!!!!

Iyonna is the best!!! 5 stars is not enough to rate her service. 10 stars! I've never met anyone more helpful and personable. She went above and beyond for my husband and I and stayed after work hours to help everyone in the store with their concerns She deserves a raise ?? ?

I want to say that Patrick is the top employee I have ever met and had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I have had att for more than 15 years and I can say I was planning to change my provider and he is the reason I am staying. I give him 10 stars and think he should be over the entire store. Thank you Patrick!!!!!

Patrick helped me with a complicted request to cancel my service after moving from Missouri. It took more than one call and several conversations between Patrick and the AT&T help line to get my service cut off. I appreciate his patience and knowledge of how to locate my service online and communicate with the loyalty assistants to complete my cancellation.

Patrick was amazing. My old phone was no longer functioning and he helped me pick out a new one and set it up quickly. He brought a very stressful situation to a quick resolution and I'm grateful to have had such a friendly and efficient rep to help me out.

This 5 star review goes directly to the incredible service and experience I had working with Iyohnna G at the highway 70 location. After days of getting nowhere with my issue on phone calls and chats with ATT I came into the store. Within a few moments Iyohnna figured out the problem and was quick to begin the process of helping me fix it. After awhile, the issue had to be escalated and she handled that conversation for me with the ATT higher ups and got my service resumed shortly after. Iyohnna I want to thank you again for caring enough to help me through my reconnection with such poise and professionalism! Highly recommend this store to those in the Bellevue area looking for a great customer service experience.

Really appreciated my experience here - stopped on a whim and was so glad I did. Tyrus was the person who assisted us and he was friendly, personable, and sooooooo knowledgeable. He made upgrading my phone a seamless process and even helped me lower my phone bill and take advantage of the perks of being a healthcare provider with AT&T when he overheard me saying what I do for a living. You rock!

Tyrus is amazing. Resolved my issue quickly, I was in and out of the store in about 10 mins with a new Nashville telephone number. New to the area from Washington DC. Jeremy was also helpful and helped with the dual sim set-up. Thank you to you both.

Jeremy helped my fiancé and I switch from our sprint and Verizon plans to bundle with our internet plan. The process was smooth and easy, something we rarely see when going into sprint or Verizon to update our phones. Jeremy and the other teammates all had great personalities and made the long wait for phone updates and cloud transfers enjoyable. while other people were coming into the store, all three were very attentive to each guest which was great to see

I had a disturbing experience with angry Jeremy on 10/30 4:15 p.m . This guy did not want to stop watching the football game to help me with my phone set up . He is dangerous to the public and I feared for my safety after that disturbing encounter with that dark human. He did not set up my phone after I changed my Apple ID, he said I took too long, gave traumatic customer service and threatened me, jumped at me in derogatory manner to fight and should be reported. He overtalked me the entire time while being combative. Nobody deserves this type of service on earth. This is not acceptable!#me too#beware#dangerousman#jeremythepredator
