I happened to walk in when there weren't many customers and was attended to quickly. The employees there were knowledgeable and quick to accommodate me. An overall pleasant experience!

this review isnt for this specific store but for at&t as a whole! I was in target one day when some AT&T sales rep convinced me to switch. i was told my new payment would be around what I was paying at straightalk which was 65 a month. I was getting the new iPhone 15 with this promotion so he told me my payment would be around 93 a month since I would be paying for the phone also. which was fine. I paid the 80 sales tax and waited for my phone. part of the promotion was to tranfer your old number to your new phone. so once I got the new phone in the mail I did that. my phone did not work for a whole week after that. I took it to my local AT&T store (Fairview locatiin) they were absolutely no help. my phone was stuck in SOS mode since the portal. they told me to take it to apple because clearly it was something wrong with the device itself . hope. apple ran every diagnostic but it wasn't the device. so I decided to take it to a corporate store . they had it fixed in 10 mins. now to my next issue...the sales rep told me (even wrote it down) that my very first payment would be higher than the rest with activation charges and whatever else which was fine. however he told me I wouldn't receive my first payment for 45-60 days . I received it after having the phone about three weeks. I paid my first bill but that was a challenge. now my second bill is due but when I call to pay the automated thing is telling me I owe nothing . and I know that's not right . I'm scared my phone is going to get caught off but I'm literally calling all the customer service numbers to try to pay it. even called the store on west end to pay it but they can't take payments over the phone! why is it impossible to get things done with at&t? I feel like I was lied to from the beginning and the customer service has been absolutely horrible

This place has 3 folks helping one customer. I came with my kids and a white guy totally brushes me off while two other gentlemen are helping 1 customer. Ten minutes goes by, I take a seat and then finally one decides to acknowledge us. I guess being Filipino at location doesn't provide much service. This was at 10/6 and 445pmI just walked out and they still didn't even try to help me or my kid out. Will call corporate as well.

I'm going to give the business a 1/5 stars. The reason why is because of the poor service I was offered. I was the only customer in there at the time I went as well as my dad. I originally went there to trade in my 11 for the 14. The Hispanic guy with curly hair and glasses was there helping us. He was terrible. Barely cared about helping us figure out monthly prices for the iphone 14, answering questions I had, and even walked off to help another customer. Also, he was on his phone most of the time. It was almost as if he was annoyed we were even there. The tall black guy with the silver watch was more helpful, until he handed us off to the Hispanic guy because he had to take "a business call". Anyways, I walked out of there unsatisfied and I honestly would go to the Smyrna location before them.

I recently had Sam help me at this store with quite a complicated issue. Sam knew exactly what to do, and he handled it extremely quickly. He even went above and beyond and helped me make sure that it never happened again, all while assisting another customer. Sam provided terrific service, best I have had at an ATT store. I cannot thank Sam enough for his help!

After realizing my mobile phone had totally died with no transfer capabilities I was forced to purchase a new one. Tay and Andres were extremely helpful in a very complex situation that included downloading procedures and major phone security issues. They were very patient with me especially realizing I am an easily frustrated person. They were extremely knowledgeable and competent and certainly deserving of a 5 star rating!!

Tay was so helpful and fixed the bug on my phone without even booking an appointment. He was so nice and accommodating the moment I walked in and fixed my phone very quickly. Thank you Tay and AT&T! Highly recommend.

Very disappointing service on a Sunday, 1/15, when I was the only customer in the store.I wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone and the gal helping me had to go in the back to see if I had an upgrade? . I've been a customer for over 20 years and they always do everything on the tablet out in store and go back to get your phone after your transaction. I saw The door open and McDonald's food sitting there, I think she left me sitting while she took a lunch break. Needless to say, I walked out after waiting several minutes and will take my business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE ATT ESPECIALLY THIS LICATION. New to ATT. After setting up service I found out later that my bill was going to be $60 more than what it was first said, and many things on my account were changed without my doing so. It’s the biggest mess I’ve ever been in. I am so angry I cannot stand it. I’m going to do some research and find out if they’re doing everyone this way changing their accounts after they’ve set up service and charging much more sounds like a class action in the making.

I bought two new phones (an iPhone 14 Pro and an iPhone 14) and two new lines about two months ago after negotiating a deal with trade-ins. Every month, the total bill should be 121.62. The selling agent (Alma) provided the best market offer. I spoke with her for several hours to ensure that my monthly payment would be the same every month and that there would be no hidden fees. I even informed her that she was being taped. She replied, "No problem." The first bill I received was 101, and I inquired as to why it was 101 rather than 121. Then, a few days later, I called and spoke with a supervisor (Pastera Charlotte), who apologized for providing incorrect information to the selling agent. And informed me on the phone and in an email that my bill would be 121 every month (attached screenshot email at the bottom). Now the second month bill came up to 153. When I called T-Mobile, every agent I spoke with circled my questions instead of answering them. They hung up the phone when they were corned. So I now have a 24-month contract and will not pay anything more than the original deal. T-Mobile has the option to terminate the contract. It is no longer my problem. T-Mobile is a sham company that uses false information and advertising to trick people into signing contracts.
