Awesome experience! An absolutely fantastic employee helped me today. "Z" (I won't spell out their full name because I will inevitably misspell it) was so incredibly smart, competent, efficient, patient and friendly. Z basically ran the store the whole morning, helping the many customers that came in, multi-tasking and assisting us all at the same time without it seeming like we were being overlooked or waiting too long. I'm not sure how they did it, but I can guess that just being incredibly good at your job gives you the skills to be able to pull off this difficult feat. Huge kudos to this awesome employee - I hope the store recognizes what a gem of an employee Z is! Thank you so much!

My wife and I came to get new IPhone 15s. Will had us and about 10 other customers taken care of by himself like it was nothing. Calm and so helpful. Give that kid a raise.

Beyond appalling customer service. I literally can not fathom why you employ people like this. They are rude, they do not acknowledge customers with even the basic manners of a 2yr old. They did not say hello, did not smile, did not make eye contact and were rude. Did you bring in 2 thugs off the street to work here or what? They literally made ZERO effort and were clearly annoyed that we were even in the store. Get a grip AT&T you clearly have absolutely no idea what is happening in your store. Unbelievable.

Arianna was amazing! I came in to upgrade my phone and she made it seamless. She also told me about features on my iPhone I had no idea about, so now I’m leaving with better camera settings too!

Let me just by saying I recently received my State ID and Social Security number and I very much interested in getting Two IPHONE 14 Pro Max one for me and one for my Boyfriend, We visited The Apple Store down town Nashville and We received a very good customer service but wasn’t successful in getting the IPHONES. We Leave and visited an A T & T store but the guy try to Scan every single ID card I have and said it was acceptable by his device, That was a next disappointment. I decided to try a different A T & T Store and I reach at Franklin Pike 2631 8 Avenue S Nashville, TN 37204. Where I was assisted by Mr ORLYN HERNANDEZ who went above and beyond to assist me and yes I was able to purchase Two IPHONE 14 PRO Max on my credit and I was very Xtremely Happy with his Great Customer Service, He Was An Outstanding Gem Representing The company he was Phenomenal and you are very lucky to have such amazing Outstanding young man working here…. Thanks again for your awesome service

Told them I wanted an iPhone 13 mini and they said they’ve been discontinued? Said I had to pay off my phone when I don’t and was eligible for an upgrade. Went on AT&T site, all you could get was black 128 GB. Went to Apple’s site and had the new 13 mini 512 GB phone in minutes. Go to Verizon.

All 3 of the reps in this sales group at the 8th Avenue South store were patient and helpful. I was greeted by Tyree who showed me the inventory of products I could purchase for my phone……the team worked together to check the items out & honor a coupon I presented. Although some confusion arose over applying the coupon to a new receipt (I changed my mind causing a new receipt), I was satisfied with the remedy that offered. Tyree also applied the screen saver to my phone. No air bubbles and this customer service I appreciated!
