Communication here is terrible! I visited the store about my trade in value being incorrect due to the store inputting the wrong phone type(hundreds of dollars lower)on my bill and Jake informed me it would take anwhile so he said he would look into this matter. Two months have pass and no phone call, no email, no correction of my bill, no nothing. I’ve went to this location several times about the same matter and the manager Jake is never available. I’ve left numerous messages with the sales rep in the store and he still has yet to contact me.Do not trade in your phone at this store or you will be in the same boat as me.

Visited the store in June of this year. After receiving my first bill in July, the amount I was told I would pay for the phone each month did not match what I was told in the store. There were also add-on protection plans which I was never told about and did not agree to as well. After several calls to AT&T customer service they finally got removed. In the meantime, a district manager texted me wanting to know how my experience went. I let them know I was very unhappy with the fact the amount did not match what I was quoted in the store. She said she would escalate this and someone would reach out to me. After several texts with her, I told her not to worry about it anymore because obviously no one was going to reach out as I had never heard from anyone from the store in the 3 months we had been texting.. In the past, I have dealt with the Hermitage store and should have gone there instead of the Donelson store. Very disappointed in the bait and switch routine and also the fact that no one seemed to concerned to even follow up on the complaint.

This store is the very best!! Wyatt and Denise were magicians!! We are out of town guests and our phones needed reactivation and after they verified our information, they reactivated us. They saved the day!! they had the best attitudes!!

John, the manager, immediately greeted me as I walked in to the store. He not only helped me pick out a new phone but was very patient with my indecisiveness. John helped me pick out the best plan for me, and he transferred my phone over from another carrier while explaining the process to me. During the waiting periods where my phone was updating, he was able to help multiple customers and multitask, making sure that everyone was taken care of. John is a great example of customer care and is very knowledgeable in his field. It was very evident that John knew how to solve any problem that might arise, and he walked me through several scenarios of solutions to the problem I was having with my phone. John is the best employee and manager I have ever had the pleasure of his assistance, and I will only be using AT&T because of his assurance that it was the best provider for me. I was so impressed by his ability to multitask several peoples’ requests and inquiries while constantly checking on the process with my phone.

The staff was amazing, I came into town and broke my phone. All came and assisted as the store was closing. The young manager John ensured my new device was working well and that I was satisfied. Best team and store I’ve seen!!Thanks y’all!

The AT&T rep John had excellent customer service. He was able to reduce my bill and resolve an issue I had with my iPhone 14. I’ll be coming back to this store in the future!

I brought my 9 year old daughter in to add a line to our account for her. The male and female where watching a Chucky movie. The girl got up and left and the guy came to help us but they didn’t turn off the movie. While assisting me the movie began a sex scene… on a huge tv in the middle of the store with my daughter. I stared at him and he was pretty nonchalant with his “oh my bad” and turned it off and then continued helping us like that wasn’t a huge problem… got the line added so I guess it wasn’t a completefailure of a trip?

John and Wyatt were some of the best cell phone reps!!! John helped me get 2 free Galaxy phones and Wyatt was very helpful with transferring all my data,highly recommend coming here!

John was very helpful!!! He helped me get a new iPad and fiber internet, I’ve been wanting it at my house and he signed me up $55 a month! He also called customer service and lowered my TV bill $25 a month with a loyalty promo.

Nice staff. 1 star because I was told (when signing the contract) that I would receive a $200 accessories credit. When I returned for my accessories I was told I didn't qualify...by the same salesperson who told me I did, and THAT PERSON WAS THE MANAGER!!!

I came into the is att store mad because my internet was out. I was trying to cancel service but, John the store manager went out of his way to call customer service and help me get a tech out to my house to fix my wifi. Great service and patience from the staff

Wyatt & John helped me tremendously with getting my Wi-Fi. Both are very knowledgeable with the service they have to offer. Wyatt is hilarious and so down to earth, John is very welcoming. Great team thank you for making my experience easy.
