I dropped and broke my phone and had a new replacement delivered to my door within 24 hours. The tech, who delivered the replacement, had me quickly set up and in good working order before he left. The replacement cost (my deductible) was 10% of what purchasing a new phone without the insurance would have cost. All-in-all, a good experience.

Extremely upset. Still haven't received my phone. I was told I would get it by Friday. Never received it. Friday they told me I would get it no later than Monday. They also took the deductible. Monday they told me it would definitely be today. I receive a email saying my phone is on back order.Still currently on hold. The person I'm talking to, told me it could be 3 to 5 more business days. Someone there needs to get it together. Quit giving false information.

Nothing I am aware of as this service was both quick and totally effective. Your representative was highly qualified, extremely nice, and patient with us. He is an asset who represents your business very well. Grade A+ for sure.

Honestly faster than I would have expected. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Really helped calm my anxiety about getting a replacement.

Your staff were great and could do Nothing more to improve the service other than offer to take me out to dinner. Fast service and nice people.

The only thing....being a nurse I have a first net esim card on my phone as well. This didn't get activated and as a result all my new messages, emails etc. Stayed on the "old" phone. I had to call in to ATT customer service and get the run around and spend the rest of the afternoon on the phone.Logan was super sweet, very engaging and knowledgeable of tech things. I only know how best to break tech things.

This is terrible. They offered same day deliver. Great! Turns out it is a person who insists on coming into your home and transferring the phones themselves. This is their policy and it’s to scope out your electronics and try to sell a protection package. This is dangerous and unethical and I lost data because I had to transfer before backing up my phone. It made me have to take a trip to Verizon and wait an hour to get a service person to turn on my eSIM.

I had an amazing experience! It was wonderful how quickly I got my new phone. The tech guy did not leave until he made sure that my new phone was working and I didn't have any questions. It was a great experience!

Absolutely nothing. From start to finish. Flawless. Dealt with multiple people and everyone did their job and it worked out according to plan. From the store to the phone call seconds later for replacement. I didn't have to explain myself 100 times. The customer service on the phone was even great which is rare anymore.

Eric showed up at 5PM with the phone, never mentioned anything about doing a service, just asked for the phone to be signed for. Off he went into the sunset, as I was expecting him to be here between 7PM and 9PM, of course that was a no show. Sending me a text message to notify me of a time change was not in the smart category as the reason he was coming was that the phone was broken. DUH!! Called the 888 number, worthless as they advised that nothing could be rescheduled. I called Asurion, who told me they did not have any record of being scheduled, but they sent me a phone and I have a paper trail of the appointment being scheduled and the times. If they had no record, how did I get the paperwork? DUH!! Thier solution, bring the phone in, they would need it all day and it would be $99.00, so you screw things up and you want the phone all day and charge me $99.00. As I'm partially deft I have a closed caption phone and have a total record of the call. So, did you meet the expectations, which would be like voting for Joe Biden, neither option is conducive to good service. Harsh words come to mind, but I will close with a, it was terrible all around, from service to contacting customer service and calling Syracuse. It was all my fault, shame on me.

Today's tech was exceptional. However, the intake process steers you towards an outcome that benefits the organization and wastes the customers time, and as such it creates a negative experience and user journey.I wasted hours and fuel driving to and from a location, just to be told they couldn't fix it... u less I paid them almost $600 out of pocket.However, if the intake form allowed for the listing of multiple issues, a better solution for the customer, which is conducive to retention.I was about to sign up for a business line, but now I am looking into vendors that will have more respect for my time and resources.
