Staff was friendly at first but when asked about online pricing their attitude seemed to change a little. We elected to pick up our furniture from the warehouse due to delivery. Once we arrived home with our new sofa and began to remove the plastic wrap and padding we discovered the couch had a cut on the arm that appeared to be there from the factory and also missing the legs. When we called the store the store manager was very condescending and they said there was a no return policy and we would have to wait to hear from a technician about scheduling a visit to assess the damage. In the meantime we have a couch that can not be used and in the way for the lack of alternative storage and a large party event scheduled within the next two weeks with no better solution. This is very disappointing, especially considering how much money we have spent with Ashley throughout the years. At this point it’s highly doubtful we will ever buy anything else from this company.

I walked in and started browsing and was greeted by a friendly associate. She was knowledgeable about the products and made sure I seen additional options similar to my preferred couch. Ellie walked me through my payment options and was fun and personable throughout the entire process. Despite her being new and having to receive help from colleagues (who were equally nice and helpful) the process was still smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend this location! Excited to receive my couch.

Aja Washington helped me immensely in picking a piece of furniture that best meets my needs. She approached my situation with a focus on customer satisfaction and worked tirelessly to give me the best deal she could find. I greatly appreciate the time she spent working with management to ensure I got the best deal available. Krys and Ellie are two of the most knowledgeable and kind people I have met. My whole experience multiple times has been easy and enjoyable! They both care for you and want you to get the best for your apartment or home! I’m heading back there again to buy more.

Absolute nightmare working with this store! I have had nothing but issues working with them. I've never worked with a more unprofessional, rude, passive aggressive team who clearly does not value or respect their customers at all (specifically Chris, Valerie, Ryan and Aja). Aside from all of the delivery issues I had, they've completely screwed up my financing. I was told I would get 36 months no interest financing if I used a specific card that the store associate asked me to use - I NEVER use this card for ANYTHING so I agreed to use it if I got the promotion. Only to find out, 6 months later, the card didn't actually qualify for the 36 month financing. I unknowingly only had 6 months and all of the interest then dumped onto my account. I trusted that the store employee would do his job and do what he needed to do to set up the payment terms and financing in his system. So now I owe hundreds of extra dollars for a mistake I did not make and Ashley is taking no accountability and unwilling to help. They had even admitted that this specific employee needed to be audited for his transactions and he no longer works there so I could not speak to him. They knew this was a mistake on their end but don't care enough to make things right because "there are no notes."To make matters worse, this unprofessional team constantly made snarky comments and had attitude with every question I asked when trying to get this resolved. I had to physically go into the store just to be able to talk it through with someone because no one would return my call or get back to me. This was beyond frustrating to me because I work hard to keep my finances all in check and the store team just brushed it off like it was nothing even though they knew it was a mistake on their end. I truly believe in doing the right thing and have never worked with such a careless team like this who pushed back so hard to NOT do the right thing. Will never buy from another Ashley store or product again. They are awful. No matter if it's related to the delivery, pick up or financing, if you need help, don't expect them to be helpful in ANY way and it'll cause you a ton of extra work and stress. They will leave to you to figure out - they simply do not care.

If you don't want stress and a headache, shop elsewhere!! Ordered a mattress and was promised they would haul away the old mattress. When the delivery people arrived, they said they wouldn't take the old mattress because it wasn't in the order!! Took over a week to finally get it removed and that was after getting help from the corporate office. Shortly after purchasing, the price dropped considerably. Requested a price adjustment and this took probably over 20 phone calls with the store and the corporate office to finally get it. The manager says he'll call you back, but never does. Extremely frustrating situation!!

All of the staff were simply amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me with purchasing furniture for my new apartment. Their joyous and kind personalities certainly made me feel like I went to the perfect place for all of my furniture needs! I’ll certainly be back because they truly embodied providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service to their customers!

We had a very nice experience with this location. Our floor associate was Rick, he is literally the best. He made us feel very comfortable with our decisions. He informed of all promotional options, financial advisement, and life advice. He is definitely an all in one. Very wholesome!!!!

Great store and awesome staff. Came in with the wife looking for a couch and some other furniture. Namla was super helpful, friendly and up beat. Her and my wife hit off instantly. She helped the wife find exactly what she needed. Kris was super helpful and friendly as well. Definitely will be back to this store for other needs for the house.

Both my mom and I were helped by Madison on multiple visits to Ashley. Madison even took my number and texted me pictures of bed options from online website. Nathan also helped me during my purchase. Both employees are super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and my shopping experience very enjoyable.

I was approached about financing a product, which at the time seemed like a great idea. I asked a few questions concerning the credit investigation and was given inconclusive and inconsistent responses. I was never told explicitly what I was signing up for, but instead given a tablet to "sign a few things."It was a lapse in judgment for me to continue. Several of the responses were blatantly wrong. They had signed me up for their credit card without telling me. Hard inquired into my credit. Etc.This wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't down played what they were offering. I am extremely good with my money and wouldn't have readily chosen to not finance the product and instead hand over cash. This whole ordeal seemed liked a blatant violation of consumer protection laws.

Madison and Chris were so easy to work with. Both did a great job of follow through and going the extra mile to help ensure a delivery was expedited for a special case scenario. Definitely would recommend buying from this location and especially from Madison or Chris!

Krys, the store manager was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was juggling multiple tasks on my brief visit and I needed to get my new rental home furnished for the move when I returned to Nashville. She was so patient, helpful and responsive! This is the first time I’ve purchased anything from Ashley and Krys has made this a wonderful experience so far!
