I came in the door literally blind from not being able to see due to a migraine. The young lady got up from her seat & came to my side of the counter & told me to sign in & she would fill out my paperwork for me. I found out later Karen was her name. I was also assisted by 2-3 other ladies which I was in so much pain it was hated to remember details. I did get a call back from Michaela who was so patient with me & did all she could before advising that going to the ER would be best to treat me further. I really appreciate the staff on Friday morning! May God bless you all!!!

Nurse was incredibly rude and pushed her opinions and judgements. Everyone else was wonderful! Not sure what her gripe was but she did her best to make the experience a nightmare.

Had an allergic reaction all over my body. It was very easy to make an appointment staff was very friendly including front desk receptionist and doctor. I was in and out!

Phenomenal care, friendly efficient staff, great follow-up. I seriously do not know why I even have a primary care physician anymore--takes a week to see him and the care is nowhere near as good as this.

Came here for a women's wellness exam. P.A Lindsey was great as always. The receptionist was also very warm and welcoming. I will be back for sure.

We are new to the area and I had been experiencing some medical issues. I called to get an appointment and they could not have been nicer or more helpful!! Karen is the receptionist and she was just amazing! So friendly and helpful! Then Missy took me back for vitals and also extremely nice! Then, finally, the PA, Lindsey, was extremely attentive, professional and so sweet. I Wish I could give more than five stars because this group of people is just Incredibly warm and kind. I'm grateful I chose this place for my first medical experience here in Tennessee. Definitely worth the drive and I will be returning here if ever needed.
