We had a phenomenal experience here because of Rylie. She was incredible. She went out of her way to help us pull different sizes and put outfits together. She was encouraging and honest. She helped us add touches with accessories and ultimately was super kind!! Highly recommend going to shop here and ask for Rylie :)

Everyone knows how aritzia uses no mirror in room as their marketing strategy. Well they do have mirror rooms that you need to request seperately. I went to the store today and requested the mirror room, the store employee literally lied to my face saying “we are hosting a private event in the mirror room and it’ll be an hour wait”. I was surprised to hear this and asked how big is the room and it said it’s large. Their rooms are all 1 person only. These employees are not genuine at all and do not want to accommodate their customers request. DO NOT GO.

Several times I’ve been in this store location when visiting Nashville. The staff doesn’t have very good customer service. Speaking to customers when they enter a store and making them welcome should be a priority. Wanted to purchase several items both visits but put them back due to service.

I had a wonderful experience when I went into Aritzia a few months ago. I left a review then and I decided to go back so I’m leaving another one from my partners account.
Went into the store today, hoping to get some help picking out my spring and summer wardrobe. I was greeted by a sales associate who acted as if she wanted to help. She offered to start a room for me, but once I was in the room, she seemed to be pretty busy. There were about four other girls back there who she was more engaged with, I almost left because I felt lost… it’s a big store and there are a lot of really nice options to choose from.
I recognized a familiar face Riley; from the last time I was there. Riley asked me if I needed help, and took over. She came back with about 30different looks, and went back and fourth helping me get different sizes, and colors. Riley was so much fun to talk too, she gave me honest opinions and did not try to get me to spend more than I wanted. I am so so impressed with the employees at this store, the manager is super friendly, and was on the floor interacting with the customers and checking on her sales associates. Love this place. Thank you Riley for being so awesome and taking the time to show me attention and help me find the perfect spring wardrobe. I appreciate you so much.

I can't speak for everyone else, but my experience was amazing. Every single person that I dealt with was incredibly kind, yeah there was some stand offish people in there, but I avoided them and spent all my money with Hailey. I told her I wanted to change my whole wardrobe and for her to please help me pick out the outfits. She came up with about 30 different looks for me to try and waited on me hand and foot, which I did not like, (I worked in retail, those girls work hard) but she wanted to help me, and I could tell she was having fun, and really liked her job. Aritzia hit the jack pot with Hailey, and I will continue to shop and allow Aritzia and Hailey to be my personal stylist, lol. Thank you Hailey for all your help. I feel like a million bucks!

I have called 3 times and asked for a manager and each time I’ve been hung up on. Finally got ahold of a a manger and she said “sorry we’re busy”.
