I’ve been to several boot stores downtown and I had yet to find one where I felt welcomed and appreciated… until I walked into this Ariat store! I was greeted into a warm retail environment and treated with the utmost respect while browsing. I walked in with little expectation on finding a new pair of boots. I walked out informed, confident, and excited on my new purchase! Unlike other companies downtown, their prices and service exceed what you could imagine in such a busy city! If you get the chance to visit or are looking for a pair of boots, I highly recommend you see Corbin! He was not only informative but patient while I shopped! This stores staff knows how to make Nashville look good on you!

Sadly I’m having to go this route. This review has nothing to do with this store. Everything to do with the company. I paid over 300 dollars for an order online. I paid with PayPal. Ariats website never gave me a chance to confirm my shipping address. Just defaulted through PayPal. Well I had just moved two weeks prior. It was until about an hour later I realized it was going to the wrong address which was my old address. I went back to cancel order and it said I couldn’t cancel because it had been thirty minutes. Next morning I called. Waited on hold for 30 minutes. They changed my address for me. It wasn’t until over 30 hours later when my order was created. I looked at the shipping label and the whole order was going to my old address. Called 7 times and waited 30 minutes every time I called. Nobody ever answered. Waited in probably hours worth of chat menus and never got anyone to help me. Sent many emails. Got one email back that said what was your order number even though I clearly provided that in the email. I’m so upset with this company and I have no idea how they are operating with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will add that I went three different times to check and see if packages were there and they were gone.

Buyer beware. Better have your receipt & the original box or they won't return your boots.I purchased a pair of boots 6 months beforehand. I wore a 101/2 salesperson who said they only have size 10 they will stretch out over time. Unfortunately, they didn't. I live in Chicago I came down to Nashville 6 months later. During That time I changed banks and couldn't track my purchase. This all could have been avoided if Ariat had my info in their system they chose not to so they could avoid returns. Oh sales person was very nice I received the FU smile and more or less got out of my store. She didn't directly say that it was written on her face.Bottom line Tecovas puts your info in their system and any problems simply return to their store they will make it right. Tecovas is 50 feet from Ariat better boots better customer service…Don't say I didn't warn you…
