I was a new patient with the clinic, and I asked numerous questions about my puppies wellbeing and I was told he would be ok all test were cleared and he was ready for surgery, well the surgery didn’t go so well and my puppy is deceased at 9 months, my problem with this was I was not offered a grievance card, or we can help purchase a new puppy or nothing just it is what it is, just a certificate of death and after it all I still had to pay for cremation cost, no call back call from the clinic to see if I’m ok or nothing, I can’t recommend this place to anyone, only the grooming part, the young lady came out greeted me and explained what I needed to do to get my puppy ready to get cut due to his anxiety issues, trust me I not satisfied with the clinic, I had a very Happy boy puppy now his not here. Unsatisfied customer ?

Went to them for emergency treatment for my Mother's cat. Everyone was very caring and extremely knowledgeable. They made sure that my 80 year old mother fully understood the problem as well as the course of treatment. All without trying to rush or worry about any type of time constraints. Would highly recommend!

We won’t be back. Her Dr. was emotionless, stone faced, character lacking, had zero of a personality. My puppy needs more than that. The vet practically rolled her eyes and just stood there silent with this awful look on her face as I took a photo of my puppy on her first vet visit. This place is just not for us. The vet I used at Apache has since left. As will I…. Good luck Apache trail. Was good while the vet I used for years was still around.

We had the BEST experience here! From the receptionists to the doctors, they were all incredible! We were incredibly lucky that they were able to squeeze me and my dog in on Monday as a new client with a sick pet. They saw him right away, treated him as if he were their own, and were fully transparent with me the entire time!
I honestly can not say enough good things about this place! Their prices are outstanding, as well as their passion for what they do and their empathy is mind blowing.
My kiddos and I count ourselves extremely lucky to have found this team:)

The ladies that we have worked with here have been AMAZING!!! They take such good care of my little baby girl Riley! They are even going through construction right now and even though it may be overwhelming for the team to have to deal with it they do it with such grace and patience. I adore Jordan ( Im sorry if I’m wrong with the name) And Dr Melick was very thorough in her explanation of what was going on and so nice!! Brittany is always so sweet when she answers the phone also! Honestly everyone is fabulous! Your four legged babies will be taken care of here for sure!!!!

I rest you the dog for my complex that literally look like a mop dreads everywhere I couldn't see the little dog up and I never thought that anybody would ever be able to cut this dog's hair This lady had did an amazing job My dog looks absolutely gorgeous I love it She has a four life customer

Apache Trail Animal Hospital is the best around! I have a very nervous yorkie that is scared of everything and shakes when he is in new places. The staff here was so kind and made my dog very comfortable and he walked out happy as could be. I also got to take a sneak peak of the renovations that are underway and this place is going to be even better than before! The staff understands the curbside appts are not typical and are doing the very best to give the care available. They are getting state of the art equipment to go along with the awesome staff they currently have! Would recommend them for all your fur babies needs!

the new owners only care about $$ not animals ... a puppy died because you wanted to know if they had equipment to help it . They then refused service and puppy died 2 hours later. I also witnessed them having ABSOLUTELY NO Compassion for a Customer coming in with his injured puppy. JUST RUDE ! Shame on The Vet & Their Staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR PETS LIKE FAMILY!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF SINCE DR FOX IS NOW GONE! VERY RUDE FAT LADY ... WILL NOT LISTEN AT ALL TO QUESTIONS YOU ASK. IVE USED THEM FOR YEARS THAT WHY THE OLD STAFF LEFT THEM. THEY ARE RUDE HORRIBLE AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THEY MAKE NOW. TURNED AWAY 2 SICK DYING PUPPIES BECAUSE I ASKED THEM IF THEY CAN ACTUALLY HELP !!

Don’t come here. They said my baby needs cystotomy, after 5 days of getting the surgery my dog died. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else.

The new owners and people are trash.
Even the assistant when fat gal grabbed and threw my pups into car (well when she went back in to get them)

I approved said I would pay and begged for you to help if possible. I did not refuse service at all I was denied because as you said YOUR STAFF CAN NOT ACT IN PROFESSIONAL MANNORS. SHOULDNT MATTER THE STATE A CLIENT IS IN. OF COURSE A CLIENT WITH A DYING PUP IS GOING TO BE FRANTIC AND UPSET.

I BEGGED AND BEGGED FOR YOU PEOPLE TO HELP.. ONLY TO GO TO AN ACTUAL ANIMAL HOSPITAL AT PERCY PRIEST AND THEY STATED NO VET CLINIC HAD THE SUPPLIES NOR EQUIPMENT TO HELP NEW BORNS IN THAT WAY ONLY THE 24 Hour HOSPITALS Have a fighting chance....

And you refused knowing you did not have staff/supplies/nor equipment to help a pup that young. Just wanted to make a quick buck and cost pups lives over it.

Apache trail staff is amazing!! I had a travel assignment in Nashville for a few months and brought my 14 year old Chihuahua mixed with me. From the time we came into town and Winnie's allergies were acting up, they have been there for her! My dog had a head injury and started having seizures, and the staff at Apache have been amazing at treating my little girl and helping to ease my mind. My little girl has gone through so much this year from allergy issues, dental issues, going deaf, losing her vision, and havinf the seizures. Apache staff has been here 1000% for us helping to have Winnie happy and pain free with a quality of life.
I don't know how I can ever vocalize how grateful I am to these amazing people at Apache, but I am truly grateful and blessed to have found these angels on earth!
We habe gone back to Florida and they went out their way to send in Winnie's food prescription in so she wont be without food.
If you are in need of awesome, caring, and staff that know what the heck they are doing, bring your fur babies to Apache trail animal hospital!!!
