A friends mother in law passed away and 4 of us went in on flowers. They were supposed to be 3 feet tall with flowers around this plant we paid $100. The plant was 8" tall (18" tall with basket ) and no flowers. The lady that ordered it has tried talking with them and they refuse to take care of this embarrassing gift we gave them! Don't buy from them they will not give what they promise!

Let’s Just say this I’ve ordered flowers from numerous of places none delivers like Ann Smith Florist I’ve ordered over a dozen times and the flowers are always fresh and one time I cheated with a different florist my wife immediately noticed the lack of detail and freshness from a different place . I always get the Florists Pick And They Don’t Miss Ordered After 12 Called The Store And They Were Already Prepping It For Delivery Even Though I Was Outside Of The Guaranteed Same Day Delivery Times

Kathy was the florist for my wedding and she did an amazing job. The boutiques and centerpieces were more beautiful than I ever could have imaged. She really took my vision and made it beautiful. Would recommend them 1000x for your wedding!

I was Thankful that the Arrangement was delivered on time but was told that there would be 4 or 5 kinds of Flowers and it was all Greenery. Disappointed and Expected it to be Beautiful as I was told. The Cross and Doves were Pretty but Would have looked better in Flowers.

I have gotten arrangements from this florist several times now and they always deliver something that dazzles the recipient. Interactions and ordering through their website are easy, and if you go in person they are equally helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
