Terrible experience and awful customer support. I was sold shoes that fell a part within minutes of me wearing them. The owner was unwilling to refund me and purposely ignored my calls for weeks.

The customer service I received when I came in was good. The problem I had was actually a malfunction with the tuxedo pants. The part that is used to tighten them came off track. I had to leave the event I attended after only being there for an hour. I spent over $250 to rent this tuxedo and when I returned it, I explained what had happened. As of yet nothing has been done about it. In the end I am left feeling cheated.Update: I did speak with the owner and after talking with him I was left feeling made whole. By no means was my review an attempt to bash his business at all and the fact that he took the time out to speak with me and try to make it right is definitely a sign that he is a good businessman and I truly appreciate it.

Expensive mistake. Go somewhere else.My daughter's symphony ensemble requested all orders go through this business. I ordered her dress 4 weeks prior to her concert and was assured the dress would be back in time. I called 3 weeks out and was told the dress was being hemmed. I called 3 days later and was told it was still being hemmed. Called 2 days after that (which ended up being 2 days prior to concert) and was informed that the dress had been ready. I made arrangements to pick up the following day since I couldn't get to that side of town prior to closing. I picked up the dress but my daughter was in school so she couldn't try it on.That evening, she tried the dress on and it was an inch and a half too long. The rep at the store took incorrect measurements. I couldn't wait for this store because they were closed and I needed the dress quickly. With 24 hours before the to concert, I was forced to call around for a quick hem. I had to pay half of the dress' cost for the quick alteration.Today, I called and spoke with the manager and he apologized; however, no partial refund offered due to the fact that the alteration was so expensive...which is clearly because they took incorrect measurements, didn't call me to tell me the that dress was ready, and left me with no other options.I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and inaccuracies. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Their mistake ended up being a very expensive cost that I had to pay.
