Shane was extremely knowledgeable and professional. More importantly he really listened to what we were looking for as far as size, look and price point so much so that he even communicated with us on his days off to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The staff in store and with Acceptance Now (in-house) facilitated the purchase and made it smooth and pain free. American Signature is the only place I’ll buy furniture from.

It was a good price, fairly quick delivery but receiving only one power cord for 3 recliners seems a bit ridiculous

My whole experience was excellent the whole team took great care of me. From the sales person to financial to setting up my delivery to the delivery people. Just wonderful and made my move in great.

Everything was great from the sales person to the delivery team. One of my chits was damaged and they’re fixing it. Outside of that everything was great!

Rhonda was absolutely amazing. She helped my husband and I find just the right pieces for our home, suggesting higher quality items for our living room and then more fast fashion style furniture for my husband's office. She really took into account our needs and did not bully us into a decision.
We did have a hiccup with delivery. We were called and confirmed for the delivery of our sofa happening in a week, but after it had been switched to pick up. I had thrown out our previous furniture in anticipation of delivery. Rhonda helped us work through the problem helping us to get our furniture in time for the long memorial day weekend.

Carla is a true gem! She has the patience of an angel. She was very helpful as I made the decision of purchasing my furnitures.
Pius the store manager is a great leader, interacts with clients and was very helpful as well.
