The place does not have a roof to protect the delivery people from inclement weather and this can affect the packages when they are being placed in the cars, whether due to rain or snow.

But there is a guy who give the drivers hard time I guess he is outside carrier working as a Amazon yard move

Amazon flex location. Great for a side job. People are friendly and quick. Don't break the rules. The have no tolerance policy on most of it.
