DeeAnn is excellent - my last appt was in Sept and now it’s Oct 10 and I still had some lashes that I could work with. Needless to say - she did a fantastic job. High retention is always good in our busy lives. She always has a smile on her face and cares and asks about how I am -and my family: she is an extremely kind. She is a wonderful person and has to be an inspiration to other employees/stylists at Amazing Lash! Thank you DeeAnn!

the lady that did my lashes is a sweet sweet lady, however i got my lashes done 6 days ago. basically got a full volume set. the exact same day my boyfriend noticed lashes falling out left and right. i am very understanding about the do’s and don’ts for a post lash appointment, but having no lashes left after less than a week is extremely disappointing ( especially after the price i paid )

**EDIT: I’m so glad the company reached out and asked me to come back and give the studio another shot. DeeAnn gave me the exact lashes I wanted and was a MUCH better experience. Thank you!!** Wow what an awful experience. After not having lashes for about 7-8 months I was so excited to get them back. When I saw great deal for a full set for new customers I thought I couldn’t pass it up (I should’ve). I booked over the phone with a “master.” I got a call earlier in the day asking if I wanted to come earlier due to a cancellation. I assumed for the same person (wrong) and didn’t find out I didn’t have a “master tech” until I got the price at the end. The whole process was super impersonal. Normally when places ask if I want my lashes washed, they do it before starting. When I said yes here, I got handed a cup with some foam in it and told to go to the bathroom. My lash tech never even told me her name. At the very beginning she was in the hallway fighting on the phone with her grandmother and during the whole appointment her baby daddy was blowing up her phone. The room was smaller than my closet, and there was no music and she barely talked to me. I told her I wanted a hybrid look, but she gave me a classic anyway. Again, I didn’t find out until the price. I just thought they weren’t as full as I wanted. I got to my car and started crying because I had been so excited just to be let down so hard. I will not be returning.

This was my first time getting lash extensions. I’m happy with my lashes. The two negatives, the gel pads weren’t placed well and now, next day, both my eyeballs are irritated. The tech didn’t wear a mask and it was uncomfortable having warm, open mouth, breath in my face during the entire application. — Learning, I now know gel pads shouldn’t be snug or scratchy. I’ll wear my own mask, though this won’t prevent breath on my face, it will make feel a bit more secure.

LOVE this salon and especially Deeann!! She always does a fabulous job and my retention is really good, too! I still have most of my lashes at about 4 weeks. Of course, I try hard not to touch my eyes except to clean them. I highly recommend Deeann to anyone!

Caroline is the lash queen! She always does a fantastic job and makes sure everything is perfect before you walk out! She always makes sure she lets me know her availability so I can plan accordingly and get in with her!
