When I picked up a flat tire from driving downtown, no one could get me fixed and back on the road fast. They were able to take me right away and get me a new tire with amazing service. Highly recommend if you find yourself with a little construction souvenir in your tire.

Rocky saved our butts. We have a Sprinter that the rear doors would not unlock. We had to have access to the "garage" under our bed. Within 10 minutes it was fixed. First, thank you for letting us come right in. You were clearly busy. And second, thank for doing what you do!

Wayne is really awesome, popped in there to get my oil changed and expressed my concern about a couple other issues. He checked everything out to make sure the car was safe. Today i came in because I had a light on in my car. He immediately knew it was tire pressure and put air in the tires since I have no idea how. Had a blow out came here in a bad spot was priced 25$ for mount an balance an had a good rim an tire in the bed an was charged 60$ to unmount my tire an put it on the rim with blowed tire when i had a good rim to put it on not the bad one. SCAMMERS

Due to a fried alternator, my car broke down on the road right near Alva’s, so by pure chance I ended up taking the vehicle into Alva’s for repair. The crew there did a fantastic job - replaced my alternator within the very same day, had it back to me in less than 5 hours for a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to Alva’s any time I need some automotive work done

My sister and I were on the way to spend the day shopping and exploring Nashville when my front tire started loosing air quickly and was in desperate need of a new tire. I was near a Goodyear and stopped in but was told they could not squeeze me in FOR TWO WEEKS. Luckily I was recommended Alva’s so with the little air I had left I drove over and even with a full schedule they squeezed me in and fixed my tire within an hour and my day continued on! The customer service worker who was at the desk went above and beyond for us! He was very professional, friendly, and understanding of our dilemma. I will definitely be returning in the future! Great mechanics. If you don't know what is wrong with your car they will check it and let you know what is wrong with it and ask if you still want them to fix it unlike other mechanics who "fix" your car with out letting you know what was wrong with it

I ran over a long blade like for carpets it broke off in my tire it was unrepairable. The folks there removed the tire put my spare on for me asked if I had a road warranties and I did but at another place they suggested I take it back there for a replacement using my warranty. They wouldn't take any payment they were kind and helpful and offered me advise that was in my better interest not theirs. I will be going back there.
