Good service, clean hotel. Very trendy location with a bar and a pool table. The decor is very bright and the style is current.

The best thing about this hotel was the little details. Like lots of horizontal space in the room, the slightly heated pool, and a roomy shower.
Check-in was easy and I agreed to be signed up for the rewards program. (I’m having an issue with finishing that process, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.) They had carts to use, and while small, we simply used two. ?
The bed was soft, the linens fine, the tv remote worked, there was a curtain for the window that blocked most of the light, and the fridge worked just fine. I love when you can control the AC, and when the bedside (lamps or tables) have the ability to plug in your electronics.
The shower was spacious, and the toiletries provided were nice (is Drybar a brand of note? I pay scant attention to such things, but they had a pleasantly plaid kinda scent.)
The pool was perfect. Warm enough you didn’t freeze, cool enough to be refreshing.
Oh, and the coffee was decent.

Clean and beautiful rooms with unique decor. It's in a quiet location with a 3minute drive to restaurants and grocery shops.

Purpose of stay: 1-night stay before an early flight out of BNA
Pros: Location, airport shuttle on request, $10/day parking when not staying at the hotel, affordable.
Cons: The ambient lighting (blue neon lights) make it impossible to sleep in the dark. The neon lights in the pool area light up the room despite a rolling shade. There was a smoke detector over the bed that had the most obnoxious bright flash that startled us awake.
Conclusion: Won’t stay here again and risk the lighting situation, but thought it was clean and safe.

The shuttle was late. I had to result to getting an Uber. The front desk staff was nice. The room was dirty. I even mentioned that I was skeptical of staying here due to the reviews the front desk staff lady told me that no the reviews weren’t true & that someone always complains. However when I walked in the room there was a happy birthday balloon in the room. The floors didn’t look mopped and shower didn’t look clean at all. I have attached pictures. I DoorDash some wipes and cleaned the floor myself. Definitely was dirty. I didn’t take a shower because I didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t want to clean it after cleaning the floors. I was ready to go. This property was embarrassing to associated with Marriott. AND the halls were really dark! Like what’s up with that? Definitely wouldn’t recommend this property

WORST Marriott Hotel I have stayed in the last 5 years. The TV in the room did not work. The shower dripped all night. I put all my towels in the tub to soften the dripping noise of the shower. When I asked for more towels in the morning it was as if I was annoying the staff. There was no bottled water in the entire hotel. Morning breakfast was bagels - just bagels. I'm traveling for work and needed to stay by the airport. I don't have time to go get water and food when it should be easily accessible at the hotel. It is as if Management has simply Forgotten this hotel. When I called Marriott customer service they simply gave me a case number and said to discuss it with the hotel management in 3-5 days when they get back to me. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this Aloft hotel!!! I'd suggest considering the Hilton hotel by the airport that looks much nicer!!

I found this hotel on booking dot com. The price was affordable and it's very nice. The decor is very industrial and modern. They had a bar and kitchen. The food I ordered was great! I loved my room. It was very functional. The bed was very comfortable. Nice tv. Nice touches here and there. Jestina was very polite as was everyone there. I took an Uber from the airport so I didn't deal with driving or parking. It is back off the road and kinda hard to see but was close enough to downtown and the airport. I was very pleased with my stay.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the AC did not work. Never try their food, it is horrible. I ordered a burger and fries, both were raw.
Food & drinks: Horrible, it was raw. Not cooked at all.

Free airport shuttle, clean rooms, DryBar toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower with a small bar soap and lotion on the vanity).
Pillows in abundance, in room fridge (no freezer), soft bed, in room single cup coffee maker. Really bad water pressure (hope you don't have to wash a thick head of hair) but at least there was hot water. Room 220 is very spacious within the bathroom area and had a nice sitting area too with a small, wraparound sofa.
The shuttle was just waiting for the first person and I got in and we immediately went to the airport. This was at 5:45 am. The driver asked if I was ok to load my own bag, which I was ok with. I did not ask if they could load it for me. At airport drop off, he did take my bag out - I had been rifling through my wallet for tip money so perhaps that was the difference?

I guess the good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the BNA airport and the staff is freaking amzazing… I do have to say that I am not really inclined to stay for no more than 2 nights. The shower pressure is really poor. It is almost like trying to shower out of a drinking fountain. It is pet friendly, however, and clean… Yea and I guess just read the rest of the other reviews… They’re pretty accurate…I stayed here because its 10 points/$ for Bonboy rewards and will come back because of the staff.

So I made a reservation through Priceline for May 24th. The reservation was booked under my Priceline app so it automatically put my name on the reservation which was cool because I was going to be staying there. I used my boyfriend’s credit card because I didn’t bring mine. So when he went to check in the front desk lady asked him was I around because the reservation was under my name I came in. Soon as she seen me she said awe no I can’t let yall check in because it’s with his card and you might call the bank and say it’s a scam lol . We are standing there puzzled so I politely said ok well can we change it to his name because I left my card she said no. We left came back and made sure that his card will NOT be charged she informed us that it wasn’t. We wake up the next morning his card is charged for a room that we were unable to check into because we were racially profiled by another black woman which is so unfortunate but I’ve also contacted the ceo of Marriott Priceline and that manager of aloft and they have yet to answer or respond.

Overall nice location and fun festive vibe in lobby/bar. Staff was friendly. A few smaller things were broken in our room like door handles and toilet paper holder. Gym was very nice but no climate controls meant a HOT run.
VERY frustrating that this hotel refused to accept a Marriot giftcard and even mentioned knowing it was an issue for other customers, without providing any solution. Not a great result when we planned the hotel stay around using the Marriott giftcard...

Check in went smoothly without any issue. Received a ground floor room and could hear all the moving around, banging around, and door slams from the main floor hallway and all the rooms above my room. The bed was comfortable. Wiped down all counters upon arrival and all wipes came back quite dirty. Floors need to be swept and mopped. The shower has pretty low water pressure. A few ants in the room at arrival and a dead cockroach. Live music in the bar was a nice positive. The pool table and games in the lobby are also a nice touch.
