He came out and made my vehicle look like it was brand new! I had pet hair and he worked magic on the inside of my vehicle. all the while I was in the comfort of my home relaxing. Now I am ready for a relaxing vacation. Thank you

I scheduled using their online scheduler. He was 30 minutes late, with no call to let me know. On arrival, told me it would take longer than the scheduled 2 hours due to pet hair, so rescheduled with me for 5:00, for which I changed my day around and explained I normally work evenings. At 6:00 with no contact from him again, I texted, and he sent me photos of another customer's car to explain he wouldn't be able to come after all because that customer's car was talking longer, due to pet hair. I can't speak to the cleaning service, just the lack of customer service, communication, and respect for other people's time.

I contacted Allen about cleaning my car. Date and time scheduled when the time came he never showed. I texted him he said that he was cleaning another vehicle and would be here afternoon. He came, looked at the car then said he would be back the next morning. Once again never showed and continued to give run around. If the car was something he could not clean he should of said so. Very unprofessional.
