It's so unfortunate I have to write this as the service was great - moving out of an apartment, into storage, and then into a 4th floor apartment. However, when I ran into a problem with one of my delivered pieces (they also forgot multiple items) and called the office, they were not only unhelpful but extremely rude. Even when I called back to let them know I had found a different solution, they were curt and rude. Such a bummer my experience had to end this way!
Priscilla reached out to me to remedy the situation! Though everything else was fantastic aside from that one interaction, I appreciate them taking the time to reach out.

Overall, had a mixed experience with this company resulting from miscommunication with the moving staff. If you choose to hire them be aware not all your items will be moved into their truck and you might still have to put them in your own vehicle (dry goods, liquids, food, live plants, etc). They will charge you for travel time, $149 while also billing you for labor while the movers go to your new place, another $149. Their customer service department will respond to any concerns though.

We almost went with another moving company, but wow, are we glad that didn’t work out! This was our second time using All My Sons, and they knocked it out of the park again. Justine, Victor, and Calvin were a total dream team—friendly, upbeat, and seriously fast. They had everything at our storage facility packed up and loaded onto the truck in just one hour! And even with that speed, they treated every box and piece of furniture with the utmost care. Moving is stressful, but these guys made it feel like a breeze. If you want a team that’s as fun as they are efficient, choose All My Sons—you won’t regret it!
