Just purchased my second primary home with Alene! Of all the struggles and potential pitfalls of buying and selling a home, I assure you she will be the smoothest part of home buying.Alene works tirelessly, far beyond acceptable working hours to make closing happen. (I have to tell her, do not respond to this right now, it is ok to wait until tomorow/Monday/etc.) Through 2 physician loans, she’s educated me, offered guidance, kept everything on pace, and remains gracious and kind.This is the honest truth: When buying another home this last month, I did not even “shop” for rates or discuss with any other lenders. Available to talk in the evenings & over the weekend to answer questions…she does not work the traditional banking hours. Alene Gnyp at Synovus Bank was an incredible person to work with while we bought our first home! We used a physician loan and she was always available, during evenings as well as weekends, to discuss details and go over whatever questions we had. She was very responsive and it was clear from the start that she cared about her job. Her assistant Paige also was very responsive, and made sure Synovus had all the necessary information for our loan. We were pre-approved quickly and the whole process went smoothly. We were able to place an offer on the house we wanted, thanks to Alene. Alene also took the time to made sure she was there with us when we closed, which added a really nice personal touch. I could not recommend Alene highly enough, so contact her for a Tennessee doctor loan!

Alene recently worked with Carol and I to set up a Premier Loan at Synovus. Our specific requirements were a little unusual as we are retired. Living entirely off our investments means that we do not have a conventional income and this presents a bit of an unusual situation in securing a home loan. Alene and Paige are amazing. I did a Doctor loan in AL and it was very easy. Both of these women were very knowledgeable, detail oriented and helped me work through complicated situations. Always either answered calls or would return calls very promptly, even over the weekend and at night! She is your Doctor Lender!

My wife and I recently were in the market to purchase a cabin in Georgia as a second / getaway home and we were looking specifically to use a doctor's loan for the purchase. I did a ton of research and ended up finding Alene to use as our mortgage specialist for the loan.
