Let’s start of by saying their logo should be “don’t come in here unless you have 18k gold and diamonds”. I simply stopped in to ask if they resized rings hence it’s a jewelry store . I was told no by one of the workers, but before I could say “thank you “ and be on my way, another worker stopped me and asked what I had, and asked if it was a diamond. I said “no , it’s a 14k white gold ring with a stimulated diamond like cubic zirconia” he say oh no, go next door ? “. Which brings me to think if I had a diamond and 18k yellow gold y’all would have offered the service? Like other reviews, it seems they only serve you if you are middle Eastern.

Dishonest and clueless. Purchased a ring and was told it was diamond and silver. The day the ring was purchased, the first stone fell out. Over the next two weeks, two more stones fell out. The first three times, they replaced the stones but they were all unevenly set. I brought it to their attention, and they said nothing was wrong. A few months later, a fourth stone fell out and the band was starting to turn gold. I decided to bring my ring to a reputable repair shop and the owner was appalled. My ring was not silver, it was gold with electro plating. The diamonds were not real, but CZ. My repairman said there was so much glue in the setting from the hack job repairs he couldn't believe they ever let it walk out of their shop.These people may sell jewelry, but they are not jewelers and have no idea what their product is or how to repair it, which isn't really that surprising considering they "didn't realize" a silver ring which they themselves resized wasn't even silver at all. You could get more accurate information from a pawn shop counter.

A friend of mine wanted to have a golden pendant sold so that she can donate the money to a charitable cause. She later told me that the man who assisted her added an extra amount of money on top of what he gave her to help. Another friend of mine went there to sell her ring to help a widow and her orphans, she told me that the man working there gave her much more than what her ring could make when she told him where the money will go. Very good attitude and very kind people.

Never again, showed up 5:40, before 7 pm, which is their closing time. Found trouble getting an empty parking spot. Only to be given the slash across the neck signal through the door. Was it because of my color??? geesh.
