I've been wanting to go here twice after my facial at Oasis, and both times, there was a paper sign taped to the door saying that they will be back and is out running an errand. It didn't mention when they would be back. but it was at least for 45 minutes (the duration of my facial). Not very reliable work hours if I were to drive here specifically to buy from this store.

Trisha was SO helpful at explaining new products and emphasizing the ones I love already. So happy to have a travel set put together. AND she sprayed my bag before I left and it’s the best touch ever. Great service

Beautiful space and kind, genuine customer service. I first discovered Aesop while living in California, and am grateful for the store here in Nashville. Lovely products and an elegant brand aesthetic. I enjoy their facial skincare very much, and my home smells amazing thanks to Aesop room sprays and body care products. Always an enjoyable and relaxing experience visiting this store.
