I went into this business in person (with a mask on of course!) & waited 1h20m without being greeted by a single person! This was at 2:00 on a Monday! I couldn't believe it. I was stunned. Flabbergasted.

One of their Tax Representatives, Michelle Horne, is racist. Attached are examples of racist comments made from here now deleted twitter account. Typical trumper to avoid accountability by denying there is anything to be accountable for! Luckily for anyone looking for tax help in the Nashville area, I was able to capture screenshots before she could escape accountability. Use another tax service unless you are fine with this type of conduct from your professional tax preparers.
