I found it hard to keep up with the kids. I walk with a cane because I'm in need of a hip replacement. There were a lot of steps to keep an eye on my kids in the tower. At the top, I had to just chill and wait. Luckily, the kids are good about checking in. We all had a good time in the sound lab and we made lungs in the body exhibit. Overall, a good time was had by all.

My granddaughter and I had a great time exploring space, the solar system and the human body. There is a Subway sandwich shop and frozen yogurt if you need sustenance from all running and playing. Highly recommend Nightwatch and watching the science experiment.

A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I came here to see buetifica. I'm not sure if I'm correctly spelling the actual name, so my apologies. The show was amazing! I can not put into enough words to describe it. My review won't do it justice unless you go see it for yourself! We were both mesmerized the entire time! I would totally go see it again! It was a great date night idea on a budget. Everything worked out perfectly!

Extremely disappointed. The amount of children running around unsupervised and being obnoxious was out of control. There were no employees monitoring or trying to control it. I felt like I was in a McDonalds playground. Kids were swinging from things, running thru exhibits and pushing and shoving eachother. The ONLY redeeming part was the planetarium, and we had to pay extra for it. We went during the week, hoping to avoid the larger crowds and this behavior. I will never go back and would NOT recommend for anyone who is seriously trying to educate their child. What a mess!

This place is fun for all ages. We had fun with all the musical and inspirational displays. Sound interaction and visual interactive displays made the day great. Easy to access floors and touchable clean exhibits provided fun for all. Attended the theater tonight and had time to visit Ft. Negly, very impressive with the city views from the Fort and the incredible snow in the theater. Great place but they need a larger gift shop. Great service in the shop but there is very little room for the challenged to enter or get around.

I'm giving this place 3 stars based purely on how awesome the planetarium and space exhibits are. The rest of the place is pretty rundown with several broken interactive exhibits. I wish you could buy planetarium visits separately because I don't see myself paying to get into the science center again.

Don’t sleep on this place!! There is SO MUCH FUN inside!! We went during the renovation of the play area in the middle of the science center, but we still had a blast. The Body Works area is top notch for tons of fun, especially the laser game where you work in teams to either be good or bad bacteria. It was so cool and so fun and part of admission!
I also really enjoyed the solar system display on the first floor. My daughter was in awe of the entire room. The planetarium was also closed on our visit but they had free showings on a screen on the second floor that we caught a show for. There was also a room for the kids to make things and it changes daily. My daughter made a bouncy ball and there were four other activities to partake in as well.
We were visiting from out of town, but if not, I would absolutely buy a membership here. There’s so many fun things to do and if the play area in the middle was open as well as the planetarium and there’s crafts and science activities that are always changing? We’d be by weekly! Definitely check this place out if you haven’t!

My toddler loved it! The exhibits were great, very well thought out and engaging. Unfortunately, it did not seem like anything was cleaned/wiped down - also, there were numerous stations that were broken/not working. For such a popular attraction (that also costs a pretty penny), I would have expected more in terms of cleanliness and fixing anything that is broken.

An amazing kids museum, suggested route, start at the sound section, then space, then work your way up to the test track area, human body then finish with the workshop area.

I took my grandson to see the solar cars and it was really interesting. The college students that created these vehicles were so knowledgeable and eager to discuss their projects and what else was happening with these vehicles. After the solar cars, we went inside the Adventure Science Center and attended the show in the planetarium. That space is really cool and the show was amazing. From there we walked around the center and engaged in the exhibits. We were there on Friday, July 19, 2024. I have a membership and enjoy the discounts that come with it; even in the gift shop.

The planetarium was not a good experience for us today. We have memberships and have been in the planetarium multiple times. Today we were discriminated they complained about the light coming from our son’s ventilator which helps him breathe. Saying can you cover that light is their away to turn it off. Today I had to stand in front of his ventilator to block the light and make them happy. I was not able to sit and enjoy the show today. We show the Mars at 12:45.
