Parts come fast and they’re helpful in finding the right parts. The facility itself is rather outdated and dingy looking. That being said I don’t come to eat I come for parts so it matters little.

Within 5 months of purchasing a used truck i have had nothing but issues. Tons of repairs I'm out of pocket over 7 grand. nobody there feels the need to do anything about it. Didn't even know I had a back up camera until I brought it in and they fixed it but it went out again and they want replace. Wheel barring fell off while driving. Evac leak, Fuel pump, broken tire rod ,radiator, loose fuses causing the truck to malfunction and many other and current problems they don't feel they need to make right, when I traded my truck in this is not what I expected on a 35 grand truck esp coming off a major surgery just to put me in debt over a truck. I do not recommend this place and if your unsatisfied they will not make it right

Do NOT go to Action Nissan. if I could give them a negative score I would. Bought a car from them for my daughter. 5 months later it broke down and we have a 2600$ after there so called warranty was used to fix All the issues with this car. Solenoid , Brakes, battery, rotors Warranty was absolutely useless and a huge waste of money.The car was a 21,000$ lemon. we would have had more honesty and better luck buying off of Facebook than with Action Nissan. save your self the trouble and pass them by.

They filled my tires to 42 psi when the sticker inside my door clearly recommends 32. When I called the dealership to ask why they did that, they said they didn't know. Also, when I asked them to patch a whole in my tire, they said they no longer patch holes and were only willing to replace the tire completely. They said it was for "safety reasons", but it sounds like a cash grab. Definitely not going back.

Called in to price match some wheels for my Nissan car called the parts department the first time the guy was rude told me I had to have my Vin number or he couldn't give me any information. I was like OK I will call back. Got my Vin number and called back. Waited on hold about 3 to 4 minutes and then they disconnected the call called back a third time with my Vin number different guy answers the phone same attitude I asked could I price some wheels for my Nissan he said usually about 1000 I said 1000 he said yeah 6,7,8,9 1000 at that point I was just frustrated I just said thank you and hung up. Poor customer service not friendly at all not helpful at all.

My daughter needed a reliable late model car in a hurry and we were fortunate to stop at Action Nissan. We worked with Marshall and we were out the door in a vehicle in no time. We got a great price and could not be more pleased with the purchase. Everyone at Action Nissan was professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommend this dealership and Marshall.

My son when this weekend to purchase a used vehicle. After calling me to discuss the deal I told him that it was a bad deal and I was heading there. By the time I got there he had driven the car down the street and brought it back because the check engine light was on. I went in and met with some guy and explained that the deal was terrible and my son just needed his $500 down payment back. After going to there little corner the guy came back saying that my son would have to pay them $899 for a restocking fee. After I became annoyed and balled up a piece of paper some guy comes out the back yelling get out of my store and the other guy that I was talking with stated well get a lawyer then. The guy then have the nerve to follow us outside looking at our license and calling the cops saying that we assaulted him. Stay away from this place.

Took my BRAND NEW car for an oil change, came home to an engine/under hood covered in oil. They must have spilled something, and I was not informed. Obviously I trusted them enough to just leave and drive home but something told me to open it up & check it out. Definitely will never come back here again. They also never respond to the text service they offer while they're working on your car. Unprofessional and Dishonest as well.

We bought a used Jeep from Action Nissan in February. First of all they said it had not been in accident. Not true. We have had to spend over $4,000 dollars to repair the damage done in the accident. Our mechanic said any mechanic who ever looked at this car could see the damage in 2 minutes. They promised a lot of repairs to the body and delivered on none of them. Please beware they are not honest.

The young lady was very helpful and polite .I talked to her on the phone and she said she would hold the red touch up paint for me until Wednesday .well she did and I appreciate her help .everyone at action Nissan has been great my wife and I took delivery of our new 2023 kicks last week and it was a great experience so now I needed touch up paint for my Sentra .and in parts another great experience . Action Nissan has went above and beyond in all departments thank you .see ya next time

going to a mechanic is always kind of nerve wracking because I don't know anything about cars but coming to Action was a great decision! I bought my Nissan from Carvana and come with some issues and Gino and his team were so kind to help me out! They took care of my car battery and my trunk lift issue, waived my deductible fee and gave my car a good wash. They have great communication, even allowed me to text them and were flexible with my busy schedule and got me in right away! I trust them with my vehicle moving forward. Thank y'all so much!!
