This was the 4 place I stopped at for a screw for the visor in my car. You'd think that be simple, right? It wasn't. Once I got here Luis offer to help me find something that would fit and even made sure it worked and the visor was fix. Absolutely wonderful help! Thank you so much!

The gentlemen on the phone was very informative and very friendly and I was looking forward to coming in. Upon arrival we weren’t even greeted or acknowledged by the older lady who rolled her eyes at my kids & I. They have a cute little cart FOR KIDS. Making it seem as if they are actually welcomed. Idk if she was having a bad day or just hates people in general. A fake smile would have sufficed! They didn’t have the paint I was looking for and it’s so small in here, everything seems cluttery and messy. Random stuff everywhere. It’s like an oldies yard sale.

I really hate to leave bad reviews but I’m out of options here. I’ve called corporate already, they investigated and I was told that a manager was supposed to contact me and after numerous attempts to reach the manager he has never taken my call or returned my messages.
We had an 8 gallon propane tank to fill, (standard charges are by the gallon) instead of being charged for 8 gallons we were charged by the pound so they charged us $261 for a REFILL of 8 gallons, this is beyond egregious as this refill typically costs $40-60 depending on location.
I have left numerous messages for the manager, Tyler, who was supposed to have called me back since November. To date he has failed to return my phone calls or address the matter whatsoever. We really looked forward to supporting a local Ace Hardware when we moved here and we have been sorely disappointed by this experience and their inability to address it or rectify it.

They were very helpful. Somebody greeted me at the door and ask if they could help when I told them what I was looking for they knew exactly where to find it. I was in and out within minutes.

I really want to give a local hardware store a good rating but dang, I've come to this location 3x now looking for items that the website indicated they had "in stock" yet when I arrive looking for the item I am told 'oh no we don't have that". So unfortunately, Amazon here I come.

It's closer than the big box stores, and you can actually find a store associate to help. Always. I stopped going to Lowe's or HD because it's a chore to get help and get in and out in any reasonable amount of time. At Ace, I walk in and there is always someone there to quickly point you in the right direction. So you're in and out fast, after speaking with someone knowledgeable. You may spend a few more bucks on something, and for their much better and quicker service, it's well worth it. The best part, and the main draw, is they have never attempted to upsell me on anything. I'm in there quite often as I recently purchased a home, and I constantly need new parts and tools. It's refreshing that their associates try and give you reasonable options instead of just trying to push expensive sales. It keeps me coming back. Having a neighborhood shop is just so much better than the alternatives, and these are genuinely good folks.

Ace hardware, besides being closer and easy to access, has some great workers that help you find what you are looking for, offer advice if needed, and get you out the door quickly and back to your project. The time saved is more than worth the extra price you might pay there.
