Edited to add that I just received the clutch/wallet I had ordered with a monogram and it's crooked. My experience with this company has not been a good one. I realize minor imperfections in leather and stitching will happen, especially in handmade goods, but to not place a monogram straight is terrible quality. Totally bummed.
28 days to process a refund is nuts!

I'm so happy I finally made it here! Every bag is beautiful, every clothing item an instant staple, and the people were some of the most authentic, kind employees I've ever encountered in a retail store. And I found the perfect cross body bag - I loved it!

I absolutely love shopping at ABLE! Their pieces are such good quality - perfect selection for work clothes or everyday. I haven't had anything I've gotten there show wear and tear yet, even a few years in. Every time I go to the store, the people working there are kind and helpful. There are often great sales running too if you time your visit right! Highly recommend for some high quality solid wardrobe pieces.

So far, not impressed. Even with me following their holiday hours, it's impossible to reach anyone via email, via chat (which doesn't even exist on the website; and yes, I'm here during the designated holiday hours from 1pm-3pm CT), and via phone (had to leave a message -- during the "open" holiday hours). Just tell your customers what's up; that's all we want to know. Why do you say you process orders quickly (it says so in my order confirmation email), and yet mine is just sitting in limbo? Don't lie about holiday hours. I literally wait every day for the hours to get a hold of someone, and it's all a lie.

As an ABLE fan I loved finally visiting an ABLE store. It's not a large shop, however there was quite a bit of merchandise and the customer service was top notch. Worth the stop!

My three young adult daughters and I had a wonderful time visiting ABLE. The staff were friendly and helpful and we all found some beautiful pieces to add to our wardrobes. I will definitely be back!

The ABLE products I've purchased have only been surpassed by the exceptional customer service I have received. I just happened upon these products on vacation in Nashville a couple months ago and have become obsessed with them ever since for the style, quality and of course, their company values!!

I recently returned from Ireland on vacation. Before I left on vacation I ordered the April backpack to go with Rachel tennis shoes I got for my birthday. I am a senior citizen with a bunion on one foot. The Rachel tennis shoes feels like it was just made for me. I have a terrible time fine shoes that don’t hurt my feet. I was able to walk to O’Brien’s Castle at the Cliffs of Mohr and that’s a long walk without any pain at all. The April backpack was perfect to carry all my essentials without weighing me down.I love what Abel stands and especially the shoes and leather bags and backpack. Please keep making the Rachel! I love the taffy color.

So I’ll start with saying I had received a gift from Able and I loved the quality and when I looked them up I also loved the mission. So I finally decided to order a gift for a good friends birthday. Boy was that a mistake. It has now been over a month and I have never received my order and I have been charged. I never even got a confirmation email or order shipped email. I have reached out to their “support” email numerous times and at first it took a weeks to get a reply and then once I got someone she sent me an order number that didn’t exist in the order lookup system and a tracking number that was to a different state. After going back to them she then sends me another tracking number that says delivered, but it is absolutely no where to be found. So she told me she would ship another at the highest priority shipping and sends a different order number (that guess what doesn’t pull up that it exists in order lookup) but I was like okay great I’ll for sure get it this time. All I asked if she could please just send me tracking for this new shipment. It’s been 2 weeks again. No tracking number, no order has showed up and no responses. At this point I just want a refund as this was a gift that was just a complete fail. Angry because I had very high hopes and thought my friend would love the gift. All in all I just wouldn’t trust that you will ever get your order. Read a few other reviews on here with order fulfillment issues. It’s disappointing and I do understand that not everyone has this issue, but I won’t be bothering to shop here again or recommend it if I never end up getting this order or just a refund.
