Messy store. Rude employees and management. I was in this evening and simply had a question about a their military discount that they have honored in this store as well as every other location I’ve purchased stuff at. Then I simply thought about what items I was going to purchase and the employee asked if I wanted a manager. I wasn’t questioning the military discount any further or asking for a manager to support or override her comment. I didn’t know why a manager was needed if there was going to be no different answer but she went to get a manager and spent a minute talking to her before coming back to the register where I was. I was simply figuring out what items I wanted to purchase and when I explained the situation to the manager and that I didn’t ask for her, she began to catch and attitude and blamed it on me. Long story short, the employee made a bigger deal out of an issue that I moved past and then got the manager involved to bring it back up. Sad to have a store that I love shopping at be this disappointing.

Finally decide to go here on 11/6 at noon. This is a store I haven’t been to in about 10 years. All three employees were gathered at the register on their phones. I was carrying a huge stack of clothes in my arms and not one offered to start me a dressing room. There was one room open, which I went into, that was completely full of clothes and I barely had room to put my clothes. Needles to say, I won't be coming back here.

Very limited selection. Lighting is really dim and hard to see. Management is a great help with finding sizes & style needed.

haven’t been to A&F in years because we don’t have one anymore in huntsville, so I stopped by. the customer service was pretty okay, not amazing. some people were super nice, others acted miserable to be there. the nice ones were great though! I will also say, the sales were pretty good, it wasn’t very organized but I work retail as well, and i do understand it’s a high traffic mall so it can be hard to keep up. so i’m not too upset about that. the power went out twice while I was there but the staff stayed calm and friendly throughout the process. which was good! got some cute and comfy clothes for decent prices since it’s an outlet abercrombie.

I love this store. The smell is always amazing. It's a little pricey but the quality is nice and I love the style. The clearance section always has something I like too!

Abercrombie & Fitch at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for cool clothing for all occasions. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.

Good prices and decent selection, but fitting rooms are no where near as nice as the Abercrombie in the Green Hills Mall.
