Doors locked in one side at 7pm lol way to go 7-11 make customers walk all the way around after working 13 hrs I will most definitely NOT be back never seen anything like it in my life . Absolutely ? no thanks.

Horrendous service, abusive employees, ineffective car wash and they are almost $1 per gallon higher than other stations in very close proximity on top of it all

This store is a 24 hour store and I just pulled up and the employee was sitting in her car with store lights off then after abt 10 min she started her and left. This is very rude and unprofessional.

I went here 8pm Saturday night and had two separate transactions one was a phone charger then my daughter wanted a snack so after my first transaction I bought two beef jerkies. I was charged $32 and some change for two beef jerkies (was suppose to be $5 and some change)and absolutely nothing else but for some reason when I called they say I was also charged for gas which I did not buy even though they seemed to try to convince me I bought gas, I told them to look at their cameras I parked next to the door so it's a bit impossible for me to have gotten gas all the way from the door. Anyways I've reached out to the general manager at least 10 times the last two days and I haven't heard not one single word from her(April). An employee, I'm assuming the one that checked me out that night, offered me money and called me three times on Sunday (remind you she's not a manger or assistant manager just an employee.) So my thinking is she got herself some gas on my card thinking I wouldn't even notice but luckily for me I check my account everytime I buy something especially when I'm not given a receipt. I feel they are all trying to cover for this lady that stole my money.

False advertising. Sign says if you buy a car wash the fuel is 2.89 but it is actually 2.94. Buyer beware. Cashier didn’t have a clue and did not offer any kind of remuneration. Not a huge amount so I’m not going to wait 20 min to get $1 refund
