There is always a problem with there pumps either not working or getting stuck after reading your card,and the clerk I encountered was very rude loud and belligerent! 7/11 sent me a non working web address to reply to this message.smh America needs to do better!

This establishment deserves to be acquired by a different convenience store chain. I never leave reviews (good or bad). But my experience at this 7-Eleven location tonight was the absolute worst gas station experience I've ever had (which sounds laughable when I read it out loud).When we arrived at around 7:30 pm, there were about 5 people standing outside of the doors. Turns out the doors were both locked and the potential customers waiting outside said that the sign taped to the door reading "open in 10 minutes" had been there for at least 5 minutes. My wife and I waited for over 20 minutes for them to open the doors and we watched this location lose (potential) customer after customer as not one, but two 7-Eleven employees ever-so-slowly cleaned the floors while laughing at all of us waiting outside to give the location our business. It was truly bizarre. Why couldn't one employee run the register while one cleaned? Why didn't we leave sooner? We're not from Nashville and we walked there from our Air BnB. We didn't feel like walking back empty handed, especially out of principle for waiting on the two employees to slowly "clean" and laugh at their customers waiting outside in the wet, cold conditions.When did they finally open the doors? Who knows...we gave up after 25 minutes. We called 7-Eleven's corporate customer service number and the gentleman assisting us sounded sincere and slightly appalled. But...if you check out the other Google reviews, apparently this sort of business behavior from this particular location has been going on for at least two years. So, apparently no amount of good faith complaints are going to solve this location's problems.How in the world is this place still open?7-Eleven: this location needs a complete overhaul. Y'all are losing out on a ridiculous amount of revenue in this nice geographical location due to poor management and absolutely terrible employees.

Tried to come in just for the worker to comeTo the door and point to a sign that said he was on break. It’s a gas station , you have timeTo turn people away and come up to the door you have time to open it and do your job .

The staff is soo friendly and efficient. I stopped there for lunch and gas. Chicken wings, baked wings, hot dogs, pizza, chicken sandwiches.. they have an assortment to choose from. Always hot and ready to go. Great location right next to both interstates

This isn't a 7-11, this is a very bad, bad joke. Nothing is ever available, and nothing ever works. When you ask why there's no coffee, you get the most awful, despicable look and verbal attitude. It's across the street from where I live, and I am NEVER going back again.

Do not go here! I just got charged $.50 more than what my item was labeled and almost 50% tax!! $9.99 for a 6-pack of Blue Moon which rang up as $10.49 and the total ended up being $15.69!!
