A red-headed employee, who claimed to be the manager and drove a black SUV, was upset because she lacked the ability to pull out of her parking spot with sufficient space to do so. Without any prior interaction with my crew or me, she notified us that she had called the police. She stated we couldn’t park there, which is fine, but calling the authorities immediately without any prior communication is absurd. If she is the manager, I feel sorry for her employees and her direct superior. This happened 10-16-24 around the 11:35am to 11:45am timeframe roughly.

Stopped to fuel up for a road trip, website said they were open 24 hours. Pulled up and the two employees were outside flirting with each other and smoking and when I tried to go inside to purchase an energy drink they told me they were closed. I told them the website says they’re 24 hours and the dude said, “No. We’re closed.” And it was 2:30am so I was very upset and left this review because he was rude and lied to me.

This business closes its bathrooms at 9pm because of “all the stuff that happens after dark” which should say something about the area.
After waiting for 7 minutes with an upset stomach while the cashiers drug their feet serving two customers in front of me, I asked if they could put a sign up and they stated they were “not allowed to.”
So the owner/management knows this could be a huge inconvenience for people, but have no issue taking your money for fuel before denying you the bathroom. There’s nothing wrong with the bathrooms, mind you, they’re just closed so third shift doesn’t have to worry about them, and they won’t tell you that so you’ll just be standing at the door holding it thinking someone is just taking their time.

I hate going there if it wasn't the only store on my route i wouldn't go AT ALL !! The bathrooms are always nasty , around 6pm-10pm the chicken be old . The employees are rude , nasty , and extremely loud . Yesterday the white girl was on the phone while bagging my items . Where is the manager ?? I never see he / her there !!?? This store needs some supervising !!!!! Poor Service !!! Next time this happens I'm going to record and take it to the HEAD MANAGER ! ( CEO )

The African American woman outside the store with children drug overdose (I think that's what it was) started trying to get me to donate and i did not have time to stop and listen at all. I had to interrupt her and say I'm sorry I don't have time. I then said I liked what she was doing, thought it was awesome. I went on my way. Then she starts to insult me and thinks I can't hear her. She had the most nasty attitude ever. Definitely not someone you want to be outside of your store like this. She was very immature, disrespectful and you can tell she really hates trying to get people to help children. She clearly hates doing it. I did nothing wrong, I was kind to her. Please don't put nasty people like that in front of your stores. I've been a customer for a long time and worked for the 7 Eleven a year ago. This happened between 5:15pm - 5:19pm April 8th

Every single night I try to come in at many different hours and they are always closed despite being advertised as 24 hours. They even have employees inside just doing nothing with the doors locked. As a night time driver it really sucks to have one of the only gas stations on my route to be closed.

I love it there.. I’ve been working there for almost a week and I have been doing my BEST TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND SATISFIED . #Bianca : )Btw I work 2pm - 10pm sometimes 11pm . I love to greet everyone with respect . We all have bad days but I promise to never take my personal problems to my work place ! I see that our store have had mostly bad reviews and I would love to change that. Location at 2022 Rosa Parks ave is either full of homeless people harassing you when you walk in or closed half the time. It's currently 5pm and they're already closed for the day for "system issues" lol. It's funny they were closed at 8:30 pm last night for the same thing. The reality as told to me by an employee there. No one came to work the 2nd shift and the 1st shift people weren't willing to stay..that's the reality. So they just put a sign on the door that says "closed because of system issues" . Makes the entire brand look bad.
