I’ve never been to a 5.11 before but it was pretty much what I expected and I wanted to buy everything in the place. I didn’t, mostly because the Canadian dollar is brutal right now, but there was tons of selection.

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at the tactical store. The staff (John, Jack and everyone else) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my purchase. They provided valuable recommendations and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The customer service representatives were also very friendly and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the exceptional customer service I received at the tactical store.

Very good selection of cloths and tactical equipment. Staff was very nice and told us about the military discount and the replacement cloths if something breaks.

I visit thia store regularly and i have always had a great experience. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable on all 5.11 clothing as well as accessories. Each member of the staff is top notch.

Super friendly staff , clean store , only suggestion would be carry larger sizes in store instead of having to purchase online so you could use fitting rooms to ensure propper sizing purchase without the hassle of exchange
