The apartment itself is nice, but for the cost you would expect to have access to the amenities. The pool, trash chute, sky deck, and all fire pits have been closed for some if not all of my first half year here. Fairly disappointed.

We love living here - very quiet building and a couple minutes walk to lower Broadway, the Gulch, and Midtown. Whole Foods on the ground floor is a major perk. Leasing team and concierge are all great ?
