I’m fairly certain at this point one of the employees stole our money… in May my husband and I ATTEMPTED to pay off our zales credit card. The associate claims their computer crashed so they were unable to print a receipt and it was showing “unpaid” on their end. The money 1000000% came out of our account HOWEVER it is still showing unpaid on comenity side. We’ve talked to tons of people, spent countless hours on the phone and sent bank statements for the past 3 months with no resolution. We’ve spent SO much money at this location so it’s really tragic this has happened. we will NEVER come back.
