“The Boro Buckle is my happy place. When I moved to TN in 2023, my UHaul trailer was stolen along with nearly my entire wardrobe. As I've been rebuilding my wardrobe back with each season, the Boro Buckle has been my favorite store for the best styles with the most helpful associates. Blake has helped me find the perfect outfit so many times. I don't know how he finds the perfect fit for me after I've already combed the store, but he does! This weekend, Jackson helped me find great deals. So many others have helped me too. Thank you Buckle family for helping me recover from a terrible tragedy!”

“The store IS super cute, the workers are friendly, and there were so many adorable vintage items I found when I visited. The ONLY reason I can't rate 5 stars is because there was hardly anything in my size. I am extremely petite, so maybe I just got unlucky, but I did leave the store feeling quite disheartened that I couldn't make any purchases. :(”

“Went into shop on S. Rutherford location 4/6/23 early afternoon looking for a couple of items. Found good sales but the salesperson was especially helpful. I hate it I forgot to get her name. She walked me around the store helping me choose a top & we spoke of accessories. She's good! She's petite, spanish-speaking, young, wears glasses & has long hair. “You know how nice it is to actually be treated like a person when you come in to a fancy store with colored hair? Susan was so nice to me and helped me find some bras that I never would have even considered but because she said they'd be easy on my after-shingles pain I tried them. I absolutely love them so far! Now time will tell if I still like the bras, but I'm definitely coming back with how well she took care of me! Thank you Susan ??”
“My partner and I ducked into the store with our six year old because we both used to be Hot Topic kids and I saw some fun backpacks I thought our kid would like through the window. The level of service we received was exceptional! I have been in both boutique and corporate retail management for over 15 years, and would hire any of the people working that day in a heartbeat. Everyone at this location deserves a massive raise (because even the worst retail employee is underpaid)! I have not received that level of service in years. They were all incredibly attentive, aware of who was in the store and where they were, and were engaged and eager to help us at any moment. I don’t really shop at chains or corporate retail anymore, but I will definitely be back to this location simply because of staff. Five stars all around!”

“This is my favorite Francesca’s, everyone is always so sweet! Today I came in store for a pickup and asked about a specific sweater. The associate looked up the sweater, let me know they only had a small, called another store and put the size I needed on hold. I shop at bougie places sometimes and I get better customer service from the staff at this Francesca’s. I’ve gone in there over 20 times and never had a bad experience. I’d love to shout out the associate that went above and beyond but I didn’t ask her name. Highly recommend shopping here and sometimes they have great deals on clearance items!”
“I went to the Chicos in Murfreesboro and it was a beautiful and clean store. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! The store manager was exceptionally helpful because I needed some travelers outfits for my business trips. She took the time to help me pick some lovely coordinates and was kind and patient. She knows her merchandise and can quickly pull together beautiful outfits.You can tell she loves her job. I will certainly be going back for more shopping at this location!”
