I've gone here for over 20 years. I took my 2 dogs today for their annual check up for flea/tick/heartworm medication as well as rabies vaccination. It cost me $441.00. I'm a senior and I could not believe this price when my husband got home. I definitely won't be back and won't be recommending them anymore.

Called ahead for 911 visit. No insurances, no payment plans, no discounts, nor would they see a new patient.Found VETERINARY EMERGENCY CARE in Murfreesboro, a new place by the mall. When I called ahead, the young lady was so kind. They all just wanted us to get there asap. They sent a link to my cell phone, and we were pre-registered within minutes. Once there, they knew who we were, remembered the details, everyone was hands on, they came outside to carry our girl in, they were so gentle, and my girl was relaxing. Our girl had a badly fractured pelvis on 1 side and possibly both sides. They drained 650ml of urine. They sat with her in the floor. They carried her 80+ lbs everywhere. They read her a book. They offered us something to eat, snack on, and drink. They hugged me, calmed me, and reassured me that she would be well and all would be fine. They had several payment options, the best vets and techs I've ever met, very clean, open, and inviting. And they text me checking on her and answering my questions. The only downfall....... they don't have a regular clinic. But I thank God for them. They are genuine animal lovers with amazing talents.

We have used Dr. Williams, for several years, wouldn't have another doctor, other than Dr. LaValley, which is in the practice with him. They take great care of Biscuit. They took wonderful care of our shih zu, Max, until he passed away on Good Friday, 2021. Max had cancer, and we lost him at age 14 1/2 years old. We had him 10 1/2 years. Dr. Williams took him in and started out all over with since we couldn't get any records on him. He was a sweetheart, and everyone loved him!!!Of course, we have Biscuit now. He's 3 years old and Dr. Williams' office found him for us. He is a Maltese mix. He's a little rambunctious and likes to play a little too hard sometimes, but he's still a baby boy!!!He's learning....

I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else! Dr. Jean is the sweetest and you can tell how much she loves animals. She and the rest of the team have always been amazing. When we had to say goodbye to our kitty in 2018 they were the absolute kindest. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a new vet then look no further because Williams Animal Hospital is hands-down the best.My family and I have been taking our beloved pets to Williams Animal Hospital for over 20 years and will continue to do so. We did try out other vets, but no one gives better care and true compassion to our furry family members than the EXCELLENT doctors and staff at WAH!They're extremely professional in how they treat EVERY animal that comes in their door; they treat both the pets and pet owners as if you are family, through the good times as well as the worst, which is extremely comforting and very much appreciated ❤️They handle every animal as if it were their own. I have to give special credit to Dr Jean, as she has helped get me through a lot of really tough times, she speaks and listens to your every word like a true friend and shares in your emotions. But that's not to say the other vets aren't just as great! If your pet is sick they will put in as many hours as possible until they find, or can come to a medically sound hypothesis or diagnosis and if they are physically/medically unable to treat your pet there, then they'll immediately put in a referral to a specialist they know well and trust.I honestly have nothing to complain about. Everyone there is super friendly, caring, extremely knowledgeable, attentive and just AWESOME!**edit** Had to take my service dog to Williams Monday, as she wasn't feeling so well and Doc took great care of her! He did a full exam on her and explained everything in great detail for me! Doc is a great and friendly veterinarian that's extremely knowledgeable. My service dog @bambithecheagle is feeling better than ever! I wouldn't take my my pups anywhere else. Thanks Doc!

The entire staff is knowledgeable. It is obvious how much they care about the animals. They listen to your concerns and have excellent bedside manners. I know my fur babies are in excellent hands. They also never forget that most of us have a budget and ensure the treatments are necessary and the most cost effect. I have multiple animals of a variety of species so I really appreciate this. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian office.

The doctors at this clinic are WONDERFUL. They have been treating our little dogs and our horses for 20 plus years. I am giving a 4 star. Because there receptionist and office staff need training on customer service. They are cut and dry, which is fine, but not comforting or inviting when working in and with the public.

Best vet inTennessee! I’ve been taking all our pets for 16 years. They can also treat farm animals and had excellent service as well.
