Husband worked with an employee to get a part ordered for my phone to replace the broken lens. He gets a call 2 weeks later that the part is in and schedules an appointment. I arrive to the appointment and they have no record of my appointment. They check to see if they have the part. Their system is showing they have 2 in stock but the guy can’t find them. Turns out they have the part for the iPhone 12 not the 13 pro. He comes back tells me they don’t have the part and they will need to order it. I said okay. He proceeded to tell me to try somewhere else.

I called needing assistance for my SD slot to pop open. At first the man on the other line was confused about the concept of the SD tray slot and told me it was glued together and they couldn't help me. Then he told me another story about if the tool didn't open it they couldn't fix it. I know very well from studying up on this a professional van take the back off safely and get it open.
