This pharmacy is just like most other retail’s establishments where they wait on the public. I’ve been here many times picking up my meds and my experience be great or be terrible depends on the Walmart representative that waits on you. Some are awesome in every way and then some or snobby , unprofessional, and very unpleasant unfortunately. I don’t guess this is to much of a informative review because it’s not really pro or con but just my experience here thru the years. But I can honestly say I’ve had more good experiences here with the staff than bad .

Even though posted hours open are 9-9 they close for lunch. They do not stay open by staggering when personnel take lunch. Husband was in a motorcycle accident and I couldn’t get his pain meds until they opened again. So be aware, if it’s an emergency you are out of luck.

Floating Pharmacist Darren Crowder working at 2000 old fort parkway Murfreesboro, TN on 6/3/22 is the most disrespectful and unprofessional individual I have ever encountered in my entire 3 years of living in TN. The entire team at the Old Fort Location is amazing but this individual has completely left a sour taste in my mouth. His carelessness and lack of people skills is not someone that should be working with the public. If you don't want to be at work and be a leader then don't waste your time, the teams time and definitely the customers time. In my 17 year career with retail and the competition I have never encounter such demoralizing customer service ever. Regardless of working for the competition for several years my family and I have always shopped at Walmart as our one stop shop for all our need including pharmacy but now I would think twice of walking into this particular store and maybe even Walmart over all, and I will encourage my friends, family and co workers to learn from my story and take their business else where. It sadness me that one individual can defame the moral of such a great pharmacy team . Darren if you don't want to be at work you have choices , never take for granted the customers experience because I'm sure as a father you would put your children's health first.

Not sure why the ratings are so low. Came here to walk around to kill some time, super big parking lot, was a pretty big Walmart, lots of options. Picked up a bag of rye chips which I haven't had for a long time, they're more expensive than they were before. Self checkout was fast as usual, not too crowded when I came.

Called prescription in over a week ahead of time, called that day to ensure it would be ordered and available the date it was scheduled to be refilled, only to call the day before and find out that it was NOT ordered and would NOT be available to be picked up until the day AFTER it is scheduled to be refilled. This is not only an inconvenience to me, but it is an inconvenience to my physician (lucky for her, she is off on Sundays and won't have to answer my call - but if it were a week day, it would be an inconvenience for her) and the staff that have to deal with the situation in which they themselves aren't responsible for. Keep in mind, this medication is a daily medication and cannot be skipped, nor can it be refilled before the refill date due to restrictions. A phone call would have been nice. Could have had a prescription sent to a different pharmacy at least for the day I will now HAVE to skip, but even a courtesy call is just too much for this pharmacy to handle. Will update this review if by the slim chance they redeem theirself by making accomodations but I highly doubt that will happen.

So ghetto!!' The employees are very unprofessional . I have been calling the store for the past hour trying to check if an item is available. They place me on hold without even announcing that they are doing so. That's if they answer! Most have my calls have ignored or I have been hung up on!

The woman was not wearing a name tag, but I have now had three negative experiences with the same lady in customer service. My first experience was making a return of eight bath towels and rugs. She sat at a barstools and waited until I handed her each item. The entire exchange took over 10 minutes. For eight items. She did not attempt once to reach or be helpful even though I had handed her the plastic bag under the protective screen. She just stared ay me until I handed her each item with the bar code flashes up. My second negative experience with this lady came when I wanted to do a return without a receipt. I told her she could scan my ID and she was blatantly rude telling me she was unable to do so even though other employees have gladly done it for me. Lastly was this morning when I walked into the store, I was the only person within 20 yards of customer service and she told me she was unable to process my return. I attempted to call the store to speak with a manager and no one picked up. I will no longer be shopping at this Walmart and doing my returns here if behavior like this is acceptable after I have been very polite saying yes ma'am/no ma'am and kindly engaging with her while at the counter. Hopefully no one else has had to deal with this!

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Management are liars. Went to this store on Wednesday May 19th to find a simple dress Could not try it on! Both the woman at the fitting room and the manager on duty said the fitting rooms are closed until corporate says otherwise. Well I called two other Walmart's in the area and their fitting rooms are open! So they lied! I don't expect much from Walmart but DONT LIE! You just don't want to pay someone to clean

Went to Walmart to pharmacy at 1:30 today they whet closed I was told they went to lunch from 12:30-200 the person behind the gate said I would have to wait. While I waited I observed 5 people behind the gate doing nothing. When gate started open 5 minutes late one of them quickly ran into the office and closed the door! That made a total 6 people that could have been split on two groups to go to lunch and continue to provide customer service! But they don't know what that is they a somewhat attitude of we will only help on are not yours! That needs to change ASAP!

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and yes everyone makes mistakes but this mistake fell on a deaf ear, thus the review.
