When I started using this pharmacy 5 years ago it was stellar. For the past couple years it has been on a steady decline. Today the pharmacist had the audacity to be rude to me bc their machine was glitching and told me too bad, circle around or come back. WHAT THE HECK WALGREENS. DO BETTER!

The pharmacy manager at this store is rude and belligerent and should not interact with customers. Her hostile attitude was shocking. I will never go to this store again after 20 hrs as a Walgreens customer. My doctor's office talked to her and even commented to me on how bad her attitude was. This location was wonderful many years ago, but now it is awful.

I had surgery today. My wife went in to pick up my prescription. The lady was extremely rude to her. When she got home we opened the package and I thought it was strange the qty on the order was for 14 pills. So I checked and there was only 10. My wife immediately brought them in and I called to inform them. They stated my Dr stated the order was for 14 pills. So everything except the amount was correct. When my wife got there the lady who helped her kept looking at my wife like she was trying to hear what she was saying. Then the Pharmacist came up and she took off to the back. He stated they can’t take the order back and would have to check their inventory to be sure. Who knows what will happen if they aren’t missing. Will they actually check cameras and their employees? Or will they blame me and put me on some list?!?!?

This place is going to get someone killed. The pharmacist doesn't care and neither does upper management (district manager). I've been given the wrong medication in a bottle with the correct medication, received half of my medication but was billed for all of it and went 15 days without medicine another time and today I stood there for ten minutes while they figured out how to get the barcode to scan while the rude pharmacist was telling a woman it was too hard to get her medicine. What is wrong with this place? Moved everything to CVS today and will never step foot in a Walgreens again.

Service & Competency are both DOA…Waited 20 mins today at the window to be rudely told that by a female staff member at the window “off the shelf” prescription cream “might be ready tonight, might be tomorrow.”Updated our number to a current number (bc they didn’t change it last time upon request) …Finally go back to pick up script cream tonight and the guys attitude was awful again!! They had a wrong number AGAIN (had requested it be changed at least 2 times, one of them being last visit earlier in the day) and he told me to call up there an update the number (he wouldn’t just chafe it).He told me the price and I asked if insurance covered it & that I have new insurance. He said “we search the system - it’s not going thru.” I told him it’s because I have new insurance and he was dismissive and unhelpful. Told me I had to call the insurance company & wouldn’t offer any additional help.Rude staff. Not helpful. This is the last prescription our family will have filled with any Walgreens. They are the closest to home but we will go somewhere where our business is appreciated & the people are not rude. We’ve had a hood past experience with Kroger, so maybe there OR Mills Family Pharmacy - a local pharmacy.Sad & disappointing ….

Pharmacy technician are rude. Pharmacist is rude. They tell you prescription will be ready then when you get there to pick them up, there not ready and it will be hours before they are ready. Do not give notification when you have prescription that need refilling. All in all customer service is very poor. I would not recommend Walgreens Pharmacy at all.

Another 1 star review to add to the many others. Luckily there is a CVS just down the road.

1 star because 0 stars is not an option. This pharmacy location has motivated me to stop doing any business with Walgreens.

We've been getting my sons perception filled here for years. He has ADHD and is on a controlled substance. The law states you can get a controlled substance filled every 28 days. They allow this due to potential travel or God forbid a pill falls down the sink. Controlled substances are monitored because of their highly additive nature and so people do not abuse them. I worked in a pharmacy for several years so I am familiar with this law. I also went to school for pharmacy in the military and spent my entire stent in the military working in various types of military pharmacies from hospital settings to compounding Pharmacies and IV labs. I state this so anyone reading knows I'm not just an angry parent. I well educated on the matter. Back to my review. As of late we've been having issues getting my sons RX filled. We typically call in at the 28 day mark and they typically let us have it at the 29 day mark. Well, to be more exact. We always call in when there are 2 pills left so obviously sometimes that falls on the 29 day mark given that we picked up the last RX on the 28th or 29th day. So the 28 day mark fell on Friday this week so we called in and they said we can only fill it "once a month" okay but a RX is 30 days and last month has 31 days in the month how does that make sense?... well, the pharmacy tech argued with me on this point and said we couldn't fill it so I called the dr office for them to call the pharmacy. Come Sunday we tried to call it in again and at this point it's been 30 days and my son is completely out. They tell us we still can't refill the RX. I'm extremely frustrated now. I know the laws and regulations and I know there is track and trace. I also know they can 1) check the track and trace to see if we've filled or attempted to fill elsewhere (we haven't) 2) check his RX history and see that this is the only RX we pick up every month. Nothing else! He takes this one medication from the same doctor every single month! So why is this pharmacy treating us like we are villains? This is ridiculous.

The pharmacy is the worst. So unorganized rude and just do not have it together when you depend on life saving medicines and it's been over a week but the Publix next door has it....cheaper. I'm done.
