1 star because 0 stars is not an option. This pharmacy location has motivated me to stop doing any business with Walgreens.

We've been getting my sons perception filled here for years. He has ADHD and is on a controlled substance. The law states you can get a controlled substance filled every 28 days. They allow this due to potential travel or God forbid a pill falls down the sink. Controlled substances are monitored because of their highly additive nature and so people do not abuse them. I worked in a pharmacy for several years so I am familiar with this law. I also went to school for pharmacy in the military and spent my entire stent in the military working in various types of military pharmacies from hospital settings to compounding Pharmacies and IV labs. I state this so anyone reading knows I'm not just an angry parent. I well educated on the matter. Back to my review. As of late we've been having issues getting my sons RX filled. We typically call in at the 28 day mark and they typically let us have it at the 29 day mark. Well, to be more exact. We always call in when there are 2 pills left so obviously sometimes that falls on the 29 day mark given that we picked up the last RX on the 28th or 29th day. So the 28 day mark fell on Friday this week so we called in and they said we can only fill it "once a month" okay but a RX is 30 days and last month has 31 days in the month how does that make sense?... well, the pharmacy tech argued with me on this point and said we couldn't fill it so I called the dr office for them to call the pharmacy. Come Sunday we tried to call it in again and at this point it's been 30 days and my son is completely out. They tell us we still can't refill the RX. I'm extremely frustrated now. I know the laws and regulations and I know there is track and trace. I also know they can 1) check the track and trace to see if we've filled or attempted to fill elsewhere (we haven't) 2) check his RX history and see that this is the only RX we pick up every month. Nothing else! He takes this one medication from the same doctor every single month! So why is this pharmacy treating us like we are villains? This is ridiculous.

The pharmacy is the worst. So unorganized rude and just do not have it together when you depend on life saving medicines and it's been over a week but the Publix next door has it....cheaper. I'm done.

A few years ago the pharmacy was superlative. Now there’s a problem of some kind literally every single month that my prescriptions are refilled. Not joking — it happens every single time. It’s like some manifestation of Mike Judge's film “Idiocracy.”

Drive-through always takes too long, can't understand why somebody needs 10 minutes at the window, if they're waiting on medicine, they should tell them to come back later, also my wife's medication is ordered monthly and they never have all of it so it is always two trips. This has been a regular thing for years so they should know and it's back and have her meds on hand.

50/50 chance this is what you’ll get when you arrive at this location. Pharmacist is NEVER on duty, meaning I can’t pick up medicine that I desperately need. They’ll harass you with emails, phone calls, and texts saying your meds are ready, but then you’ll get there and see this.

1/15/22. Registered online for an 11:15 appointment. Was on site by 11:10. Didn’t get my shot until after 12:30.Only appeared to have one person available to admin vaccines. Also only one combined line for meds and vaccines so had to wait forever behind people picking up prescriptions to even get to check in for the vaccine. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason to the order called - someone who finished their paperwork 25 mins after I did got called before me despite the fact I also arrived first. Why even have appointments if you’re not going to honor the time? This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. Will not be returning

Pharmacy staff was rude and short with me when trying to figure out one of my medications. Proceeded to tell me I could speak with the pharmacist and placed me on hold without letting me speak. I will be moving all of my scripts because this is not the first time I have had to deal with bad attitudes from this staff.

The store is filthy. We waited 30 minutes for a flu shot (were told we did not need an appointment but then had to wait while they took numerous people ahead of us because they had an appointment). I have never had a prescription filled when there were not numerous problems. Additionally, i have been called repeatedly by store personnel asking for personal information because i need to identify myself before they will talk with me - THEY called me! I refused to give personal information over the phone and i was then told they were just trying to verify that i was not having any problems with the medicine. I was able to verify that it was indeed store personnel who called. The records are incorrect even though we have provided updates. I had used Walmart for years but needed to switch to Walgreens due to my insurance. I may switch back to Walmart and just pay more, Walgreens is a disaster. I also sent a lengthy email to Walgreens corporate via an online form. I received a response stating that if i had a complaint i should call an 800 number they provided. In other words they do not want to deal customers and just passed the buck!

The pharmacist thinks she's knows better than the doctors that prescribed me medicine! What a uppity know it all just do your job and dispense medicine! If you have any options to go anywhere Else please do you will be disappointed!

Slowest Walgreens in town. Seems like what should take 5 minutes always takes 30. Received email telling me rx was ready, drive to store - whoops, my bad... I hit the wrong button. Come back tomorrow. Nope - forget it, won't be back.

Only one person able to give the covid shot and she's busy filling prescription. So understaffed. Very piss poor handling of the pharmacy 07/17/21

This has got to be THE slowest Walgreens in town. Their drive-thru was down so I had to go inside. I was told my script wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes. No big deal, I shopped around while I waited for it to be filled. Then when I go back to wait in line, I have to wait another 15 minutes only to be told that they are out of stock of my medication. Why wasn’t this communicated in the beginning instead of wasting 30 minutes waiting for nothing? If you come here, be prepared to wait.

I am So sick of going to the Pharmacy to get my allergy medicine and getting the third degree. Who does the clerk think she is asking me to describe my symptoms and then say “ I need You to be specific “. She is not my Doctor and has no right to my personal health information. I have Been taking the same Advil cold and Sinus caplets for almost 2 decades now. I don't Need some child half my age grilling me about why I’m buying an over the counter medication. If I just Want to set it in my medicine cabinet incase I get A cold that is MY Prerogative!!! Not the clerks or Pharmacists even!!!
