I got my used Honda from here. Before they sold me the car they did all inspections on the car. There was nothing wrong with that. Today it was my second oil change time and i went there for the do that. They did general inspections, again no problem. After i leave the service and start hading to my home, i lost my control on the car and try to slow down in heavy rainy and heavy traffic conditions. Pulled over and find out that part was falling down from my car. I was almost dying because of Volkswagen Murfreesboro messed up my car. They sent there two of their guys. They couldn't fix it and took the car back to service. It was just an oil change and inspection. End up with almost dying. And as a sorry they offered detailing. I really don't recommend to go there for anything.

The service department is the worst. The service guy ( I don't remember his name) but he has no respect for people, and the service manager (older guy) real jerk. I took my vehicle there for a problem that was clearly not my fault, plus I had emails from customer care team saying that the issue was not my fault and was going to be resolved, but when I got to the VW dealership in Murfreesboro all the service guy and service manager wanted to was money. When I told them that it was covered by VW they didn't believe me and didn't nothing to find out that I telling the truth they just insisted on me paying. They did nothing to help me, I would not recommend anyone to use VW service department, if you buy a car from there please take it somewhere else. They not only try to overcharge they have horrible customer service skills.

I left a raving review for the sales team when purchasing my vehicle. They are awesome! Today, I got my first oil change. Assuming it'd be covered under warranty, considering my car only has 7k miles on it, I asked that my driver window be taken a look at. Weeks after I bought the car, it started making noise much like a hard knock on the window when rolling it down and back up. The sound got less intense with time. I ended up getting my windows tinted before my car's first service, which apparently was a mistake on my part. VW claims no responsibility for my window making a noise. I do appreciate them making adjustments to the window/door, as the noise is different and I do believe they fixed the issue. However, because I got the windows tinted they charged me $98 for labor to remove my door panel which they had to do anyway to perform adjustments. I feel like the charge is complete BS. How do you charge me labor for eyesight? Make it make sense. Then to reiterate the same thing over and over knowing you've already ticked me off and are eating into my lunch break. I didn't want to be rude and walk away, but it was clear I was trying to step away. Not sure which has me more irritated. The reiteration(talking to me like I can't comprehend), the BS charge that was already reduced by 50% to begin with(originally $196), or the fact that the service team never reached out to see if I wanted them to continue looking into the issue after making adjustments knowing it wasn't going to be covered under warranty. Never having worked on a Volkswagen before, I could've removed a door panel, taken pictures of tint, and reattached within 30 minutes, let alone the hour they originally planned to charge me for. My salesman and the sales team have been and were nothing but good to me; today highly disappointed me in VW altogether. I'm not sure how I'll go about doing business with them from this point forward.

Latest update: after a 57 min phone call with Stuart, since Tim the GM never called me back, Stuart was kind enough to admit to their mistake. However, it is now going to cost me another $150 to change the licenses plate number in the APSU parking portal. Stuart made it VERY clear there is nothing this place will do to reimburse the fee caused by Nena's mistake. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Update: I was called by someone else, blamed for the misspelling of my LEGAL name due to my email being different (same with my fb) and told since I don't have time to get to the clerk's office during business hours, I need to put the new plate on and "deal with it" and hung up on!!! My jaw DROPPED! I could NEVER imagine treating my customers like this! I was really hoping I was not going to have to go this route as James was fantastic at helping me find my Tiguan. Unfortunately, due to my sister having to co-sign and having a strict deadline, my Tiguan didn't come in from North Carolina until after said deadline which she was leaving the country for a medical mission trip. I was assured there would be no issues and she could sign the papers when she came back to country 7/17 (I left the lot on 6/26). She was in Uganda mind you, so a little jet lagged but still got the papers signed and overnighted from Oregon after being harassed due to financing's timeline. July 24-27, I was then harassed while on vacation, even though I specifically asked if there was anything else needing to be done and told "nope, that should be it" bc the bank needed to speak to me and my sister. My sister was working nights as a hospitalist and I was on vacation with no cell service unless I was at the Airbnb on wifi. Thoroughly explained this to Vincent and was continually harassed and told "a little corporation would be helpful". Fast forward to now....July 27th and 28th, I was sent an email from Nena stating I need to sign an affidavit to add my sister onto the registration and if not, she would reapply for new registration and new licenses plate. I live in Montgomery County and brought in my licenses plate to use and was assured it would not be an issue. However, the issue was Nena first spelled my name on the affidavit as Christina, my legal name is Cristiana. I corrected her and she sent another affidavit spelling Christiana. I corrected her again along with asking what has my plate been registered to, all being ignored. Over the weekend I received a new plate with Rutherford county on it and new registration which was NOT what I thoroughly expressed wanted to happen. I have yet to be sent an affidavit with the CORRECT spelling of my name, even reached out to Tim, the GM with no response, and now almost 2 months after leaving the lot with my Tiguan and my original plate on it, was told I could go to the county clerk and address the issues. I am in school full time, work full time, single mom of 4 kids and have NO spare time to correct Nena's mistakes. Oh and 3 days after I left the lot, the fabric on the third row seat is coming unglued which I addressed to James and was told to bring it in to fix it. I won't be back in that area until Sept 5 and was wanting to meet with Tim in person to address my issues, but can't even get a response. As a business owner, I hate leaving bad reviews, I know what it does to businesses and was happy to leave no review but I feel this has gotten way out of hand and NO ONE knows what the other is doing in this place. That always is room for error and failure of a business.

Had a great buying experience at VW in Murfreesboro! The staff was great and really worked well together. MeAyesha was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I loved that once I put in an inquiry online, the vehicle was held for me until I could come look at it. Thank you MeAyesha and Tim!

This is one of the shadiest car dealerships I've ever dealt with. The salesman that I dealt with was a good guy. The young GM on the other hand is a totally different story. I made the salesman aware that I was not interested in any dealer add ons. I went in because I saw a truck I was interested in. I sat down with the salesman and discussed the deal. He came back with the numbers including my trade. I understand that they are not ever going to give you what you deserve for trade. They aren't a non-profit business and I respect that. But I came to a agreeable trade difference knowing it was definitely a lot lower than I wanted. But I knew I'd get a decent tax credit on the trade so I took solace in that . That also took away the pain of a private sell. The low ball offers and creepers that I'd have to deal with. I took the numbers home and reviewed it as I didn't want to make an emotional or impulsive decision. It was on a Saturday so it gave me the weekend to think about it and review the numbers after I had time to take the impulsive and emotional side out of it. Low and behold I noticed a $995 charge that I didn't notice while I was at the dealership. It was called the ELO Vehicle Connect charge. I then googled the add on that's right I said add on, which I stated I wasn't interested in any dealer add-ons. I then googled this extra feature. It's basically a GPS tracking system and supposedly checks the vehicle health every 15 minutes while driving. The reviews for it say the GPS tracking is great but the health monitoring is sketchy at best. They showed different prices as ad-ons in other dealerships starting from $299 to $499. So they are charging over double and even more at other dealerships as a add-on feature. This obviously had me upset as I stated I didn't want any add-ons. I went back to the dealership the following Monday to make the deal. I got there and the first person I saw was the GM and he stated the salesman I worked with had not yet arrived but should be there soon. I then told him I was there to make the deal happen but was confused with the ELO add-on as I stated I wasn't interested in any add-ons. He then stated they added this feature to all there cars. I then stated that it wasn't going on this vehicle as I wasn't interested in it. He then started selling me on the benefits and I started talking and he told me that I needed to stop over talking him and let him talk. As you can imagine this did not set well with me. I said excuse me but I'm the customer and he could stop talking and listen to me. I then told him that it was rude and to take a step back and let me have my say. That's customer service 101, as it's always best to let the customer vent and actively listen then when said customer is finished you have your say. If you are good at customer service you will actively listen then be able to respond with a accurate and logical response. But instead his young ego and pride got in the way. I then said I will make the deal but without the add-on and if he'd like I would happily take the lifetime blinker fluid add-on for $39.99 to help them make a few extra bucks. I then told him that I carry full coverage insurance that would handle if the car was stolen and that the vehicle came equipped with a maintance check engine light. So I want be taking the ELO feature. It was at this time I had decided I wanted nothing to do with the unprofessional young GM. I then told him that I'd use there financing so they'd get that extra kick back and make a few extra bucks. Then I went back to the salesman's office and stroked the deal and signed the paperwork at a ridiculous interest rate. I didn't have my trade in with me so I told them to get it ready and I'd be back later to get the truck. The finance guy called me back and said I'd forgot to sign something and to make sure to bring my wife to sign paperwork. The car I was trading was in her name so she had to sign some paperwork and I stated s

My car completely died on Friday and who really enjoys car buying? When I got to VW MeAyesha was the first one to greet me. I told her what I was working with and looking for and let me say, it was the BEST experience ever! She didn't push, pry or sell me unwanted/needed things. She got me exactly what I wanted. If you're in the market for a new car head on over to see her! She is the best!

I'd like to recognize the Service Manager at this dealership, Lisa. We've been coming to this dealership for regular service since we moved from Louisiana last year. My wife's 2020 Atlas had the water pump fail, just when the car was 1,600 miles out of the extended warranty. I was afraid of both long repair times and high costs. Lisa was able to not only get the car repaired in less than a week, but also put my wife in another Atlas while ours was in the shop. What most impressed me was Lisa's determination to find a way to honor the extended warranty even though we had technically exceeded the mileage. She even got the repair cost below what our deductible on the warranty would have been! I cannot be more impressed with the level of service that Lisa and her team have provided!

Stuart, James & Vincent made my car shopping/purchase experience PHENOMENAL! With the market being where it is, you could not ask for a better team to assist you in this process! This is my 2nd purchase with them & I will forever come back to them. They listen to all the things you want & don't want. But more importantly, they did not say whatever to just make the sale. Complete transparency & solid communication throughout the whole process. Thank you all for working so diligently with me! I absolutely LOVE my car & this team!

Belen & Stuart were fantastic! Belen, from the start, was very communicative and sent videos of the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to ensure the car I loved was actually there - and the video helped me see all the great details. They were patient as my husband and I crunched numbers and chatted. I highly recommend making the drive to the Boro if you're in the market for a VW. (Vincent in finance was also stellar and efficient.)

Had the best car buying experience of my life thanks to Stuart and Shane with VW Murfreesboro. Which is saying a great deal because this is a challenging time to purchase a new car. From start to finish, they were constantly focused on my needs and requests. I was able to secure the car remotely while working. I didn't have to dedicate hours in the dealership; they handled it all for me. Coming home to a new car waiting in the driveway was an experience I won't forget. Shane and Stewart went above and beyond to ensure that I was extremely cared for and informed about the vehicle. The process was a dream. I've never bought a VW before, but this team set the tone of luxury and excellent customer service from the start and over-delivered throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend VW Murfreesboro!

This dealership is the best. After spending hours looking online I decided to go in a take a look in person. I hate pushy car salesmen but James is not one of them. He was so kind and patient with me the whole time and really made me feel comfortable with making the right choice. I could not be happier with my car and the deal I got. I truly feel like it was worth the money to not only get a car I love but have great customer service to go with it. Thank you VW Murfreesboro!

I only go to this location because I am nowhere near the original lot I purchased my vehicle from. The salesmen here are nice and extremely helpful. However, service area could use a customer service crash course. I felt rushed as I asked ONE simple question. I was rushed off the phone, I visited in person. I was rushed away from the service area. I just wanted to have one tire patched or buy all new four. The skinny man that look like meth is his best friend told me I had to wait another week. I politely obliged because my car is under warranty, so if it messes up, Volkswagen will replace it. Do not recommend.

Great sales experience. The staff is knowledgeable without being pushy. Only complaint is the length of time it takes to do the paperwork.
