Alternatives.One aside would be that they need more than 1 person for customer service. The wait time for help with product selection is too long. Using alternative health products sometimes needs education to be given. Helpful tips and tricks. Plus, answering the questions from customers takes listening and responding in a professional manner, which these folks always give!My wait time was 18 min.
