The girl was nice but the manager, Phillip, didn't answer when she called and was of no help. The manager should properly train his staff or give them the tools necessary to assist the customers with a return. I already stopped shopping in store and now I'll stop shopping online here. I'll just use Amazon or GNC.

It's a great store for those who want more homeopathic or naturopathic products. Healthy life is what this store is about. Alternatives.One aside would be that they need more than 1 person for customer service. The wait time for help with product selection is too long. Using alternative health products sometimes needs education to be given. Helpful tips and tricks. Plus, answering the questions from customers takes listening and responding in a professional manner, which these folks always give!My wait time was 18 min. The only reason I know is my Uber driver let me know how long I was in the building standing waiting, and he was upset ?.

UPDATE: Called into customer service as requested and lady that answered could not find review and wanted me to tell her the complete story! Again very poor customer service! Issue NOT resolved!Went in on Friday to purchase a particular type of supplement. Gentlemen showed me my choices and different prices. I told him I was wanting the “R” type in particular and again showed me my choices. I compared prices while he waited on customer that came in. I took my “buy one bottle, get one half price” to the counter and purchased some. He ask me my phone number and made no mention of not being in their system. I have purchased several items there before. I took the supplement Friday and Saturday and Sunday noticed they were the wrong ones. Took them back in on Monday without my receipt thinking it would be in their system. I was told I was not in their system and could not even exchange the bottle not opened in a very UNCARING manner. My purchase was $79 so I now have supplements that I do not need. There was never a sorry or apology and received a very cold “I can’t do anything without your receipt”. Why would I keep my receipt and I would dig it out of trash but my trash picked up that morning. Never again will I shop there or recommend them to anyone (which I have in the past). So much for customer service.Note: I take responsibility for my error but I would have thought he would have checked my bottles also. Expensive error on my part! Poor customer service and compassion on their part!

Amazing customer service and wonderful, helpful people! I came into the store looking for a particular item that I had searched all over the area for and could not find. Even though the Vitamin Shoppe did not carry the item either, they went above and beyond to call other shops in the area to help me locate the item I needed. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the help! Thank you very much!!!

A decent place to get items that aren't carried at your local pharmacy. Their name-brand items are reasonably priced for vitamins and herbs. The staff are not really all-around experts, so it's best to know what you want and what you are willing to pay for before you go in. You will find a much higher percentage of high-quality products here, but the pricing to match. Overall, I go here if I can't get it at the local pharmacy and don't want to wait for Amazon.

I just purchased a $50.00 bottle of vitamins and was told I had to pay $0.50 for a bag?!If it wasn't Sunday afternoon, I would've left it here because it's really the principle... I'm certain that cost is added into the sale and unless you're affecting discounts it's unacceptable!Back to Amazon I go!

The last couple weeks me and my husband have been at the location in Murfreesboro TN about 15 minutes before this business closes and for some reason has not been open! The hours online are what we were going by so not sure the problem, never had an issue with this place, actually our fav place but would love some updated hours!!
